Over The Horizon For You (a Spy x Family story)

Chapter 3

After having their energy drained from trying to keep Anya from getting lost or in trouble Y/N bought her a bag of peanuts which Anya was super happy about
"Okay Anya...Let's go find your papa"
"Okie!" Anya started to skip happily while also eating her peanuts

Once finding Loid still in his office  Anya happily ran to him
"Papa! They bought me peanuts!" Anya said jumping up and down with pure happiness
"Did you say 'Thank You' to Y/N?" Anya turned to Y/N
"Thank you!" Y/N gave Anya a tired smile
"Your welcome Anya" once he saw Y/N he chuckled to himself
"Did she really tire you out?" Y/N lightly laughed when Loid had said that
"I'm fine but I think i'll head home for today.." Y/N lightly patted Loid's shoulder before walking out of the office

I thought children were easy their hard to keep them from getting in trouble!
Y/N let out a very small sigh before rubbing the back of their neck.

Once arriving home Y/N looked around
Looks like Yuri is still at work, guess I have the house all to myself!
Y/N smiled to themselves before heading to the bedroom. Y/N then fell onto the bed snuggling up in the covers Y/N yawned a bit

Y/N then fell into a deep sleep with a very small smile on their lips. As Y/N was still sleeping Yuri had finally arrived home Yuri took off his coat before letting out a small sigh
Today was pretty stressful but at least i'm home now to see my "lover"
"Y/N! I'm home!" Yuri said loudly but there was no answer that made him a bit confused since their shoes are here

Did they really go on a walk with no shoes on...
Yuri sat his suitcase down on the coffee table before looking around the house wondering if Y/N actually went on a walk before finding them in the bedroom sleeping that made Yuri smile a bit
Guess they also had a stressful day, guess being a Psychiatrist is also very stressful

Yuri moved their hair behind their ear to look at how peaceful they were when sleeping Yuri smiled to himself
They look so calm and so...cute...
Yuri then moved a bit closer before blushing to himself
I mean they wouldn't really mind! They are sound asleep! God this feels like the most biggest risk! Why am I so nervous!

Yuri then planted a very quick yet innocent kiss on the sleeping Y/N's cheek
"Sweet dreams my lovely Y/N" Yuri then grabbed his coat and covered Y/N with it.

Yuri then quietly left the room closing the door behind him before suddenly running towards the kitchen and instantly grabbed a bottle of wine from the refrigerator and began to drink the entire thing
Are you out of your mind Yuri Briar!? What were you thinking!? We aren't real married couple! So why did I do that!

Once finishing the bottle of wine Yuri was officially drunk he was kinda swaying from side to side as he was about to sit at a kitchen chair when Yuri missed it and landed on the ground

I wonder how Yor is doing...i think I should give her a call

Yuri happily took his phone out and began dialing Yor's number.

Yor was busy in the kitchen cooking food for Loid and Anya when her phone had began ringing she then answered
"Hello?"
"Yor! What are you doing!"

Yor smiled a bit when she had heard her little brother's voice
"Hey Yuri, i'm just cooking food for my husband and daughter" Yor then grew quiet just now realizing that she had never told Yuri about her marriage with Loid that was nothing but a lie. She married Loid so Yor could continue being an assassin

After Yor had said that it took Yuri a bit to process what she literally had said
"Huh? Husband? Your married? And You never told me you were married!! Yor! Hello? Do you want me to come over tomorrow! I need to meet this jerk!" Before Yuri even knew it Yor instantly hung up now regretting the fact that she had said that.

Yuri started getting pretty annoyed before getting up using the kitchen table to keep him from falling back onto the ground when the sound of footsteps was heard he looks up to see Y/N
"Oh welcome home yur- ah! I see you got to the wine..." Yuri didn't respond as Y/N helped Yuri to take a seat on a couch

"You literally drank all the wine... you could get sick, anyway did you have a rough day today?" Yuri just lightly nodded before speaking
"My older sister is married and never told me about her husband, what if he is some jerk who makes her cry" Y/N let out a very small sigh seeing that Yuri was now talking about his older sister again

Y/N pulled Yuri close while having his head lay against their chest as Y/N's fingers went through his black hair
"I'm going over to see that jerk... But I don't want to go alone" Y/N let out a very small sigh already knowing what Yuri was gonna say
"Fine, i'll go with you.."

A small smile appeared on Yuri's lips
"Now I think you should get some rest for tomorrow okay?" Yuri lightly nodded before snuggling up to Y/N.
Y/N froze up once Yuri had drifted off to sleep while against Y/N's chest. Y/N grew quiet before letting out a small sigh
This is just for the mission, I guess
