Backstory on RIO
Had to leave Freeridge with his father to take over the mafia
When spooky went to jail Rio watched and basically raised Lil spooky lol
had to leave again to take over the mafia when his father was killed now coming back
Rio is the most feared man in the mafia world and gang world
Rio was never the one to take rudeness well when it came to females he doesn't like reminds him of his mom
Rio was also known for how he talked and how cold he can turn when its time to do a real job
