Why?

' Why?'
The question has been haunting the blonde since that day.
He found out the truth behind the Uchhia massacre and the truth behind Itachi's sacrifice and yet he wasn't surprised as if he knew the reaaon before long but why?he wonders.
The war has ended.
The era of peace had arrived everyone in the village is happy and peaceful.
He had finally attained his dream ;his dream to be the Hokage and yet he isn't satisfied.
His advisor had proposed to his crush from the wind village and their wedding is on few weeks.
The Hyuga clan had stop discriminating between the main and branch family under his supervision.

Hinata had became more powerful than she was. She was no loger the timid and shy girl he knew;she had became more than he knew maybe the war and death of her cousin and triggered something in her. 
His sensei hasn't changed reading his 'interesting' book all day but something about him has changed after the war though he can't point out exactly what.
His pink haired teammate was now mature than she was ever and is head of the medical department.
Also a graveyard was formed for every shinobi who lost their lives during the war .
His former best friend or to say his brother had gone on a journey around the world which is to atone for his sins as he had said.
The blonde didn't knew what he felt about the raven. He had fought him inn the valley of end ; a  life death battle ;and won bringing him back to the village. And yet he felt a bit more than that.
Like after knowing the truth about Itachi he felt guilty for thinking about him like that and after knowing the sacrifices he had done for Sasuke he felt a biiter feeling in his heartand a tingling emotion
Even though everything was fine now he still feels that bitter taste in his mouth whenever he is reminded of the love of Itachi to his brother.
He was never s bright person so even after thinking about it for a long time he never got a absolute answer for why.

The foreign emotions he felt his meeting with Itachi and the.......

Kiss.
At that thought a sad smile bloomed on his lips.
He kissed those lips which no one  dared to stare even on a whim.
He thought of those short encounters he had with the raven and everytime he does. Question arises in his mind.
'Why did Itachi accepted me and ....?' 

His train of thoughts stopped when his advisor enetered his office saying that he needed to rest.

With a sigh and some bickering here and there about sleep the blonde went to his old rundown apartment to sleep;even after being a Hokage he was still too atached to his old room to move out to a better place.

With these thoughts his mind went into a deep slumber and a dreamscape.... but today his dream was somthing different .....
