Renallo: Unfortunately, due to the recent events of the arrest of Jeff Hardy, I received word from Freedom_Fighter24 that the Hardy Boyz are indeed out of the tournament.
Tazz: It's a crushing shame and I hope Jeff gets the helps he needs. I'm rooting for him.
Phoenix: However, I just received news of a new tag team to take the Hardys' place as our first Quarterfinal match is about to begin.
Justin: The following contest is a quarterfinal match for the WWA World Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 397lbs, Kyle O'Reily, Bobby Fish, REDRAGON!
Renallo: ReDRagon may be new to WWA, but they're not new to the world of professional wrestling. They are three time Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions and two time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions m.
Tazz: You're absolutely right, Mauro. These two might not look like it, but believe me, these are the guys who put tag team wrestling on the map!
Phoenix: Correct. And not to mention that they were tag team of the year back in 2019. They are the best tag team in the world!
As soon as ReDRagon are in the ring, they're gesturing whichever team they'll be facing to come out.
Kyle: Come on! Whoever it is, we'll fight you!
Bobby: Come on out! We'll beat your asses!
Then, some police and helicopter sound effects are playing as smoke is on top of the stage and there's an urban doorway shown at the entranceway.
The crowd doesn't know what the theme until the actual theme plays...
The crowd now finally knows who ReDRagon is facing instead of the Hardy Boyz. In an instant, the theme plays again and out comes Homicide, Hernandez, and Konnan through the doorway.
Renallo: HOLY BLEEP! HOLY BLEEP!
Phoenix: I'm— I'm in shock!
Tazz: This is ingenious by Freedom!
Justin: And their opponents, being accompanied to the ring by Konnan, the team of Hernandez and Homicide, THE LATIN AMERICAN XCHANGE!
Homicide and Hernandez start walking towards the ring and just smiling with pure passion and pure, but Konnan comes over to some fans who were so excited to see them. He fists bumps a couple fans while wielding the Mexican flag and yells...
Konnan: ORALE!
Renallo: Konnan, Hernandez and Homicide, L.A.X. is here in WWA!
Tazz: What a choice by Freedom, he knows how to keep everyone invested!
Phoenix: Former IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Champions, this is probably one of the most unique factions in wrestling history!
Renallo: Being accompanied by the Lucha Libre legend Konnan absolutely elevates this group to a higher standard, you gotta love 'em!
Phoenix: You're absolutely right, Mauro. Talking about it with Alicia Tout, he said the only reason he would come back to IMPACT Wrestling was if he would manage L.A.X. and some of the young guys who join this group!
Konnan is on the outside as Homicide and Hernandez take off their entrance gear and get ready to fight ReDRagon.
Ref: RING THE BELL!
The bell rings as Hernandez ran directly towards Kyle O'Reily, the legal man, and starts beating the poor guy up until he picks him up and throws him across the ring with ease.
Kyle is wincing in pain as Hernandez picks him up, throws him into the corner and starts shoulder blocking O'Reily until the red counts four, where Homicide tags in and gives O'Reily a couple of closed fists and gives him an overhead belly to belly suplex.
After Kyle is flipped over onto his back, he tags in Bobby, who is having second thoughts about being in this match, but he runs in and tries to kick Hernandez's legs from underneath him, but Fish gets picked up and thrown around.
Out of nowhere, Adam Cole tries to help Bobby up as he saw his friends getting demolished, but what he doesn't know is that Konnan is behind him and taps his shoulder.
When he turns around, K-Dogg kicks him in the balls, and punches Adam in the head with brass knuckles.
The crowd cheers as he fist bumps a kid who was so excited by what he just saw
Homicide makes the tag to Hernandez, who smiles with the intention of wanting to win, and the two give Fish the...
Renallo: TO LIVE AND DIE IN LAX!
Hernandez covers Fish...
Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE!
The bell rings as Hernandez gets up and the theme plays.
Justin: Here are your winners, THE LATIN AMERICAN XCHANGE!
Renallo: The Latin American Xchange had just made an impact with this huge win and advanced to the semifinals!
Phoenix: Correct, and with Konnan by their side, there's no way they can fail!
Tazz: I've known Homicide for a long time and to see him this happy just made my night! Hold on, Konnan's about to speak!
Konnan: ORALE!
The crowd cheers as K-Dogg is pulling a promo as the commentary team shuts up and lets him talk.
Konnan: LAX! WE'RE IN WWA, BACK IN THE CUT! WE'RE READY TO TAKE SOME OUT, BECAUSE WE'RE SERIOUS, LIKE A LATE PERIOD, TO LIVE AND DIE IN LAX! ORALE!
He throws the mic behind him and does the LAX hand sign, same with Homicide and Hernandez, who look fired up for the time of their lives in WWA as well as Konnan.
Renallo: Guys, I don't think I've ever seen Konnan this passionate about being in WWA!
Phoenix: Me neither! This is insane!
Tazz: What a debut for LAX!
Renallo: And still to come, we have the one match everyone has been dreaming about, and it's about to come true: "The Pirate Princess" KAIRI, taking on Kana and Io Shirai, in a triple threat match!
Phoenix: I can't wait and from what I know, these three women have a distaste for one another because it came down to who's the best female Japanese wrestler in the world!
Tazz: I agree, Beth and in the back before the show, they were distant, not wanting to talk to one another because of how intense they were about being around each other!
Renallo: Right now, let's take a look on how it came to this...
(A/N: Sorry for the short chapter and the long wait. I just had to get this out there before anything else.
Who thought LAX was going to debut?
Here's the thing, I actually wanted Decay to debut, you know Rosemary, Crazzy Steve and Abyss, but I thought LAX was more appropriate because I wanted to give everyone a glimpse of what's to come in the finals.
