"Don't crack serious jokes. For a second I thought you are thinking that I am really waiting for her", Sidharth said and placed his hand on his chest to check his heartbeat.

His heartbeats were raised, he was scared thinking about her words. He is a man of words who will never break his promises so he was scared.

"Sidharth you are a nice guy and indeed the best person. I met many people till now but nobody was kind-hearted like you. I will be happy to be your wife. You are good-looking and good from the heart", Shehnaaz said, she is not thinking about marriage yet but her heart started to accept Sidharth now. She started to understand that Sidharth is not bad as she used to think.

"Thank you Shehnaaz", Sidharth said with a smile. He felt happy when she gave him a compliment

"Don't ever break my heart because I will never be able to trust somebody again. Yes, I admit I am weak, I can't do anything properly. People don't like me Sidharth, for them I am characterless. Nobody likes my songs, I am scared to go to the movies because there they will blame me and insult me. Do you think I can lose weight?", Shehnaaz asked with tears

"Don't cry Shehnaaz I will never. I know who you are and l have told you already that let people think whatever they want. Come let's walk and you will continue your gym training. You will definitely lose weight and for me, you are the most beautiful woman ", Sidharth said softly and caressed her hair softly to calm her. His words soothed her pain, she nodded and hugged him again.

"Calm down, you are best", Sidharth said while caressing her hair. He wants her to calm down completely first before taking a decision. He kept saying to her this line again and again till Shehnaaz smiled and broke the hug

"Thank you so much. You are best Sidharth", Shehnaaz said happily

"Hash finally you are fine now. Now hear me carefully. From tomorrow you will continue your gym again, and you will not mind comments ok? I will keep motivating you baby", Sidharth said and pulled Shehnaaz's cheeks. Shehnaaz smiled and hugged him thinking about his support, his support mean a lot to her. Till now nobody came forward to support her, now when he is supporting her she is on cloud 9

"Till now nobody supported me rather than my family. I thought I don't deserve love and support but today I am feeling that even I have someone whom I can call my best partner. You are right?", Asked Shehnaaz. Sidharth nodded and rubbed her back softly. He knows that she needs love and support, her behaviour, and attitude depends upon people.

"Because nobody tried to understand you Shehnaaz. I am not saying as an actor but as your best friend or partner whatever you like that you are beautiful from face and heart as well. People don't have any right to point their finger at you. You can fight and if you can't then don't mind them Shehnaaz. Nobody is perfect, even I have many flaws", Sidharth said

"Which? For me you are perfect ", Shehnaaz said

"I get angry easily and I can't handle anything alone. I don't know how to work. I am dependent upon my mother so you can say that I am not a self-dependent person like you are", Sidharth replied

"Should we go now?", Asked Shehnaaz

"Yes let's go", Sidharth said and both came back to their homes. Sidharth walked towards the terrace and started to think about Shehnaaz.

Why he is doing this for her? Why he is supporting her when nobody supported her? And most important why does he believes her when most of the people point fingers at her character? Why he is ready for engagement?

Even today when he thinks about these questions he gets only one answer "his mother ". He thinks his mother is the only reason he believes her, the way she cares for his mother is very real and rare as well, he knows there is a big difference between reel and real. But he also knows that in this generation most of the girls want to live separately and never create any bond with the boy's mother. He feels lucky to find her who at least loves his mother. In future if he wants to go out to work then she will be there for his mother, he can go without worrying.

"Sidharth what are you thinking?", Asked Rita and turned him toward her. Sidharth came out of his thoughts and ask his mother about the matter

"What happened mom?", Sidharth asked

"What were you thinking? And about what you both talked about today", asked Rita

"She is asking for engagement. Should I take this decision? I don't want our relationship to break in future then mom because I have seen many actors doing that and I hate this thing ", Sidharth said. Rita understood his inner turmoil, she knows that her son will not think the way he should. She knows he started to like Shehnaaz but her son will never accept it till he realises himself. Rita caressed his shoulder softly and ruffled his hair. She is very happy with their decision, she was waiting for his engagement for a long time.

"You can take this decision, my son. She is very nice. I would love to see my son getting engaged. And I trust her, she will never change ", Rita said

"Hope so mom. Ok let's wait for her confirmation then we will. But we will not let others know because I have my carrier ", Sidharth said

"Your wish son but don't delay this too much because in this process you might lose her forever. She is caring and respect us, she got ready with your conditions as well so now it is your duty to make her feel that she has equal rights in the relationship. By chance, if you have to choose between her and your carrier choose her", Rita said

"What? Do you mean I should lose whatever I earned just for her? Should I waste my years of hard work for her? Also, this problem will not arise so don't worry.", Sidharth asked as he is shocked to hear what his mother said. He admits that Shehnaaz is a nice girl but that doesn't mean he will take a risk with his carrier which is his life. His carrier is his pride which he can never lose, his strength and weakness are his careers only. How can he lose that?
