We finally made it to the airport only 10 minutes late like scarlett had said so we go in to where the gate that maxine was supposed to come out of and there she was.

"Hi big sister how are you?" She says excited

"I'm good how are you? How was the flight?"

"It was horrible there was a baby crying the whole way and i was in the middle row because of how late i got my ticket"

"I'm sorry i know this is my fault but hey atleast your in new york for the holidays"

"Yeah i wanna know how christmas is like here in new york"

"Still....We have to wait for rea now and it's an hour and a half wait why don't we go somewhere to wait"

"I don't know im not from around here i just know im starving"

"There's a place 20 minutes from here it's a small restaurant but it's good" I hear scarlett say i had totally forgot she was here.

"That sounds good we'll go there to pass the time while rea comes" I say.

"Who is she? Maxine asks looking at scarlett.

"I'm Scarlett Quinn your sisters boss" She says raising her hand to give maxine a handshake.

"Oh right, Hi i'm Maxine Robbins lea's younger sister"

"Nice to meet you"

"You too you look almost exactly like i imagined"

"And how did you imagine i looked like?"

"Hot" Maxine says without hesitation.

"Maxine" I say elbowing her.

"Im sorry for her"

"No it's okay lea, shall we get going then?"

"Yea let's go" Maxine says as she starts to walk.

"She's not what i imagined" Scarlett says to me.

"Now what did you imagine"

"I thought when you said younger sister i thought she was like a kid or something"

"She's 23 so she's 2 years younger than me"

We walk out of the airport and into scarlett's car, maxine gets in the backseat while i sit passanger and scarlett is driving.

"I can drive if you want" I tell scarlett as we get in.

"And risk you crashing my car yeah no"

She drove us all to this nice restaurant it was small but the lights made it feel comfortable and joyful.

"I'm not really hungry" I say i had eaten lunch at work so i was super full.

"Me neither i think i just want wine" Scarlett said.

"We'll thats you guys im starving and so craving pasta right now" Maxine said looking at the menu.

"Are you guys ready to order?" The waitress came in and asked us but she only looked at me.

"I'll have the fettuccine alfredo and i think they'll have a bottle of red wine"

"The best you have please i'm paying" Scarlett said giving the waitress a death stare.
