• Next Day at Morning in Hospital •

Ryeon just got to the hospital at her big Cabin as she was a senior, checking the files of patients. There was a ton of files to check before noon , and lack of sleep was already giving her migraine.

Ryeon's pov

I wish I had worked a bit more last night after Junwoong left and goodness why is I'm always thinking about that stupid weirdo man I'm not supposed to be thinking about him why do I feel such a strong connection with him next time if I meet him again by coincidence I shall ask him if he feels the same cause it's making feel a bunch of emotions together and I don't even know half of the emotion's names .

She was summoned for an immediate orthotopic surgery and the procedure procedure involves a median sternotomy with removal of the recipient's heart and the insertion of the donor heart in the normal anatomic position. The patient was a 12 year old kid .

After the surgery was successfully done she informed the patient's parents that she's safe now. Now it was currently 2:30 pm means lunch break as she didn't had any appetite to eat so she just took a cup of coffee and went to the rooftop.

As she stand close to the railing feeling the wind blowing out her black silky mid-length hairs she felt her dark past floating in front of her eyes ,the patient earlier was just as her , the infant who was just a few hours old

It makes her so anxious to even think of what happened that time , how she still blames herself for no reason how she wants to change the past , she thinks it's her fault that the infant had to face souch cruelty just the minute it was born Ryeon blames herself for not being able to give the infant it's deserved life that it's been 11 years Ryeon knows that the infant is grown now and is healthy yet she can't find peace , she's been living with a burden which was never meant to be her the suffering was never for her it was for the culprit yet they
were happy like they did nothing.it was also the reason that she left home and went to New York.

She witnessed what happened that moment yet she was unable to do anything , that's why whenever she remembers the past the hate for her mom increase in her heart cause she was the one who did that and when she thinks she's her mom it makes her feel like not blood but venom is running on her veins that's when she's afraid to cry loudly she hurts herself physically to at least have a valid reason to feel the pain that she can't let it out

Ryeon came back to her senses and she noticed that she was clunching hard on that paper cup of coffee and the hot coffee was spilt all over hand
as it was burning red so she took out the tissue that was on her pocket of her lab coat and swiped off her tears.

Ryeon : oh Doc. Eun-bi !! No I came here for some fresh breath . let's go now

Eun-bi : okay

On the other side Joonggil was planning on how to meet Ryeon again and that was the day her mom came back from her vacation with aunt from Bali Indonesia. Joonggil thought since her mom is having trouble breathing & hard coughing for a few months, he did get it checked but it was just mere cold nothing more but now he wants to take his mom to Ryeon don't think that he's using his mom he's really worried about his mom and it will be a way to go to Ryeon as well . So he thought he would go to Ryeon's hospital at the evening. So now Joonggil is in a conversation with his mom to make her agree to go to hospital with him

Joonggil's mom : No son I'm completely fine I don't wanna

Joonggil : No Eomma you have to go to the Hospital with me lately I've been watching that your coughing had increased and you are coughing till you get out of breath so a visit to the Doctor won't hurt right so your going with me today at evening end of discussion
