Y/n watched as they all came back from outside the wall 'Woahhh!! So cool!' as Y/n looked at them she specifically looked for one person 'Hm where is she...' the girl got closer to the front to look for the girl in question until she spotted her

'There she is!! The girl that saved me!' Y/n thought as her eyes shined with excitement as she stared at the cold hearted blonde. Little did she know was that they just came back from a brutal mission where many died and it was because of this blonde who was supposedly good

After the crowd had cleared Y/n followed the girl. As she followed her the girl turned around and glared at her "What do you want kid" Y/n gulped as she went on her knees and begged "PLEASE TEACH ME HOW TO FIGHT MISS!!" she stood there shocked for a moment

'Weird kid' she then threw a little pebble at the kid to draw her attention again "And why should I" she said sternly and Y/n looked at her excitedly "BECAUSE!! YOU SAVED ME FROM THOSE BULLIES A WHILE AGO AND I WANNA LEARN HOW TO DO THAT ALSO!"

Y/n claimed proudly "And! And the way you did it looked so cool! And your a titan fighter! So you probably go WOOSH AND AND KABOOM ALL THE TIME!!" Y/n claimed while she looked at her a bit interested to see what having a student would be like

'She's got the persistence... A lot of work needs to be done on strength but.' She then turned away from the child and walked away. Y/n stood there a bit saddened until Annie spoke "Training starts now kid so come on" Y/n then raised her head excitedly and ran to her to catch up

"YES MA'AM!!" Annie then faced the girl and kneeled down to her level "Listen kid. If you slack off even once or tell me that you can't take it anymore I won't train you anymore" Y/n looked at Annie in the eyes and smiled, determination just radiating off of her

"Of course!! I'll train to the very end!" Y/n then hugged Annie and Annie pushed her away and got up "And no hugs." Y/n frowned but then chuckled and then followed the girl "OKAY!" she said excited 'This is gonna be great!'

Time Skip Four Months: I know it doesn't make sense but please just go with it

-Y/n's Perspective
I ran to our usual training area and saw Annie already there like always "MORNING ANN-ANN!!", "Just for that nickname you gotta do one hundred and fifty push-ups" I give a sad laugh as I start doing my push-ups "One, two, three, four, five-" the sound of her counting fades as I focus

'Okay Y/n! Control your breathing... Keep your firm form... Do not go faster or slower' I go through the push-ups and then her counting comes back into mind after thirteen minutes "Fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven-" it then fades again as I focus again

3rd Person Perspective
Annie counts and watches as Y/n does her push-ups perfectly timed and form unmoved 'Before all she used to do was whine after number eight' as she counted Annie smiled slightly something she hadn't done in years 'This kid... Is something else'
