Ch 11

Around sometime late at night I wake up in pain and covered in sweat. Carefully sitting up I rub my eyes and grab my phone from the nightstand before quietly leaving my room and go down the stairs. Once I reach the kitchen I grab a bottle of water drinking quite a bit of it before leaning against the wall and close my eyes from the throbbing of my ribs. Soon I hear footsteps and open my eyes to see Hansol coming into the kitchen he giving me a concerned look. "You alright?" I immediately grimace. "I forgot to take my pain meds before bed now I'm hurting." He frowns a little. "I'm guessing Joshua has the meds?" I nod grimacing. "Yeah I forgot to get it from him. What has you up?" He shrugs taking a seat at the table motioning me to sit and I do. "Have a lot on my mind." I blink and tilt my head. "Wanna talk about it?" He shrugs. "I have feelings for someone but have no idea how to confess or tell them." I smile a little even though I feel my heart breaking. "Just be yourself and tell them. Get them some flowers and take them on a walk to talk to them without the other members." He nods looking thoughtful. "That's actually really good advice. Thanks Jayme." I blush shyly then rub my eyes tiredly his expression softening. He helps me up and to bed I crawling under the covers before immediately falling asleep I dreaming that Hansol kisses my cheek.

(The next morning)

I wake up to someone knocking on my door and let out a groan wincing as I sit up and climb out of bed. I open the door seeing Joshua standing there and he gives me a little smile. "Hey we're heading to a music video shoot and I thought you'd like to come." I immediately perk up at that and nod smiling. "Yeah sure!" He nods smiling. "Meet us downstairs for breakfast and then we'll leave." I nod closing the door then head to my suitcase digging through it and put on a pair of black jeans and a really baggy black shirt. I make sure I'm comfortable with my appearance before heading downstairs and to the kitchen. When I walk into the kitchen I thank Mingyu when he gives me a plate of food then head to the table taking a seat beside Hansol when he motions me over. I take a seat wincing slightly at the pain in my ribs and Joshua immediately notices rushing over handing me two pills. I thank him before taking them with a glass of water and start eating after I take them. As I'm eating Hansol asks me softly. "Did you sleep okay after you woke up?" I nod giving a little smile. "Yeah I slept okay. The pain was still pretty bad but I dealt with it." He nods then he gets up and takes mine and his plate to the sink. As he leaves Minghao gets my attention and makes kissy faces at me making me blush and glare at him. He giggles and I stick my tongue out at him as Hansol comes back. He looks between us in confusion and I just shake my head. "It's nothing." He slowly nods then gently helps me up when S.coups tells us it's time to go. We all head to where the music video set is and I head over to where the makeup noona's are making sure to stay out of the way as the boys get their hair and makeup done. Joshua hovers at first making sure I'm not in pain but I reassure him that I'm fine and to go get ready. I watch as each member films their parts and as it starts to get around lunch time they take a break we waiting on the food to be brought. Soon the woman who flirted with and gave Hansol her number a few weeks ago comes carrying bags of food she immediately smiling when she spots Hansol. "Oppa do you mind helping me?" She gives him a pleading look batting her eyelashes and he walks over to help taking half of the bags and both of them start handing out containers of food to everyone. Hansol reaches me and hands over the food with a smile I giving a smile back thanking him but see the girl off to the side glaring at me. I go to sit down to eat and see Minghao patting the spot beside him so I sit down and start eating my food while the girl from the restaurant hangs off of Hansol talking to him and I immediately frown seeing that he's letting her. Minghao leans over whispering in my ear. "You wanna make him jealous?" I blink and look at him curiously. "What do you mean?" He shrugs. "We just act really close and you ignore him for a while. It'll make him jealous and maybe it'll knock some sense into him about his feelings." I think for a moment before agreeing and he immediately smiles wrapping an arm around my shoulders. My body tenses for a minute before I relax against him. He then distracts me by asking about my life in America I telling him that I'm on my gap year of college and plan on going back next year not noticing Hansol glaring at us.
