Steve sat on Jonathan's bed, simply staring into his deep seafoam green orbs. He finds himself getting flustered, but why? He's never felt this way towards another guy before.
He decided to ignore the butterflies in his stomach, after all, why would he risk ruining this newfound friendship to a simple feeling? This couldn't be a crush, could it?
"Are you okay?" Jonathan asked.
"Oh, yeah just spaced out haha." Steve replied. He couldn't let Jonathan know about what he was feeling, it would probably be off-putting and creep him out.
Still he can't stop thinking about how his intense gaze makes him feel inside. He couldn't help but stare at his soft, kissable lips.

Jonathan seemed to notice Steve's staring so he quickly looked away. What was happening? Why couldn't he focus?
"Steve?" Jonathan whispered.
"Hm?"
"Uhm, it's just you keep staring..." Jonathan answered.
"Oh, I'm sorry I'll stop." Steve quickly replied, flustered.
"No it's okay, it's cute haha." Jonathan insisted.
Steve blushed. Cute? He doesn't recall ever being called cute before, but he.. liked it? He was so confused as to what's happening.
He couldn't believe how intense his feelings were for him, seriously, Jonathan? How could a guy like him fall for another man? Even if that man was everything you'd want in a partner.
