Nagulat ako nang biglang may kumatok sa aking kwarto. I was currently drawing while talking to Amelia and Zai. We were talking about the present issues.

"Anak, go downstairs na, we're about to have dinner already." Mom said calmly. I responded by saying alright.

Xiara: Kain na ako.

Zai: Sana mabulunan ka.

Amelia: Sana hindi ka malason.

Xiara: Sana hindi na kayo magising bukas.

We ended the call. Kontrabida ang mga hayop na parang hindi aanghel anghel kila mommy kapag kaharap sila. I immediately went downstairs to eat. To be honest, I am repeatingly thinking about next month. Paniguradong pag uusapan iyon sa hapag. Anyway, it's not a problem for me.

As we gathered at the table, we elegantly sat as our servants prepare our food. I sat beside Kuya Yuri. I'm in an incredibly good mood today, I hope no one ruins it.

As they talked, I was silently eating while listening to their discussions. I didn't have the appetite, yet I still had to finish my food.. or else babalik nanaman ako sa nakaraan.

"Next month na next school year, right?" Mom asked. "Yes, Hon. What are your plans, Yvonne?" Daddy asked while looking at me.

"I'm actually advance studying on my room po earlier. Those books you bought are amazing, Daddy. It uses immaculate terms and is extremely accurate." I cutely said to my father while kuya chuckled. They knew my addiction for books, I probably read all books on our house.

"That's great, anak." Then he proceeded to ask for Kuya's plans since he'll graduate college soon. It turned out he wanted to be an architect, but that will obviously create an issue since he is the heir of our business here.

In the end, they fought. I feel bad for Kuya. Kung puwede lang na ako ang mamahala sa kumpaniya, ginawa ko na. Ngunit mas gugustuhin nilang ipagpatuloy ko ang pagiging abogado.

I sighed, and continued reading. May gala kami tommorow. Ginusto nilang pumunta sa malls dahil nabubulok na raw sila sa bahay nila, and to probably enjoy the rest of our vacation as it is another hell for them next month.

Tomorrow came, and it was heaven for us. We shopped and got new designer shoes!

"Eat na muna tayo. Xia, kumain ka na?" tanong ni Amelia na nakakuha ng atensyon ni Zai. Umiling ako, which was also the reason why it was settled na kakain muna kami. Hinila ako ni Zai papunta sa escalator na dahilan kung bakit may nabunggo kaming babae.

Hindi gaanong kahaba ang buhok niya, hindi rin gaanong kakinang yung suot niya ngunit kumikinang yung mga mata niya noong nagkatitigan kami, medyo matangkad siya sakin, naka salamin siya't matangos ang ilong, sharp jawline at higit sa lahat, pink yung lips niya.

I apologized to the girl, at nginitian niya naman ako pabalik.

"Bobo mo, pre." mura ko kay Zai who is also apologizing to the girl. Pinakyuhan niya ako pabalik.

"Hindi ko kayo kilala." sambit ni Amelia na pilit na lumalayo samin at tinatakpan yung mukha niya.

Noong makadating na kami sa kainan, ako ang una nilang tinanong kung ano ang gusto ko. Libre daw ni Amelia.
