I wanted to do something but why should I? If she kissed him she obviously loves him I walked out of the party got in car and drove away when I got home I started to think of why she would do this I knew she didn't like Amber but kissing Matt in front of me how could she do that but then I all the memories came flooding back how horrible Amber was to her how she would harass Emily everyday at school it was my fault she kissed Matt but watch out Matt because I'm coming for her

The next day I walked to school I needed to find Emily and tell her I love her I went to her first period which I knew was math so i headed her class I had 3 minutes that should be enough time my class was just across the hall
Emily saw me and she turned around I knew she was giving me the cold shoulder "Emily can we talk?" I asked "About what," she said coldly "About us," she turned around "What else is there to talk about other than that your completely clueless," I frowned "What are you talking about," she sighed "You really don't see it don't you?" Now I was really confused "See what?" Her eyes began to water "The way I look at you isn't the same way I look at Matt or any other guy because I love you," I hugged her "I love you to!" I only had one more minute and I was glad we made up or at least at thought we did but when she pushed me off she said the words that would break me "Maybe they were right maybe I did my hopes up way to high maybe I was in over my head maybe I'm the stupid one for thinking you could ever love me but maybe just maybe I fell in love with the wrong guy ," she was right but even Amber couldn't fix what was left of my heart it all belonged to Emily always has the bell rung and I walked to class I sat down by my second best friend Alex "You still love her don't you?" I sighed "I can't imagine the day I won't what's wrong with me?" Alex calmly replies "You let her think she had a chance and there is nothing worse in the world you can do then make someone think they have a chance," i sit there thinking about all this who knew love would be this hard
