"Thanks love, you really runnin tha game." Asia looked at herself through the mirror. I smiled to myself.
Doing hair really helped cope wit everything tha go on in my life. It makes me feel good to get my mind off of it and focus on the task at hand. Plus I got paid good money for it.
She handed me the money. "I gotta tell my homegirls boutchu. They def gon come to you after dis." She smirked.
"I appreciate your support." I smiled.
I waved goodbye to her and she left out of the salon. I shared the salon wit my mom. Or more like its hers, she jus lets me get half if I help pay to keep it running.
I started to clean up the trash and put away hair and products. While I was sweeping, I heard foot steps walking up to me.
"Wassuh baby." Picky walked in and sat on the couch. I looked up at him, "Hey."
"You walked all the way here?" I asked. He shook his head, "Nah Runtz lemme use his whip." I nodded my head and sat down.
"Ian kno you been comin by..." I said.
He smirked, "I was tryna surprise you."
Picky was acting a lil weird. Not his usual self at all. "You good?" I asked him.
"Whea you and ya mama went yesterday?" He asked ignoring my question.
Fuck, I forgot I lied about the party.
"Um, we went to one of her friend's house for a lil get together." I said. "I thought I told you that already."
I'm not telling him about the kickback cus I already kno how he is. He gets mad over me going out, having any type of fun.
He says I forget who I am and tha I got a whole nigga. If anyone forgets about our relationship it would be him.
Picky started to laugh a little. "Well whats so funny?" I asked him.
