I stand unshaking, but my heart is trembling.
She wails and she screams, unwavering.
I feel nothing as she jabs a finger into my chest.
She drives another fist into where my heart pounds.
I feel my braces kiss my cheeks desperately, painfully.
She raises her hand again, but I don't flinch.
I sit unshaking, but my heart is trembling.
