next morning i woke up and i layed there thinking about last night and why the fuck did i kiss back.

i felt drained from crying yesterday so i couldn't let out tears, almost like i was numb but i wasn't, yk?

i decidedw that today i would actually do shit so i got up, took a shower and did my skincare routine then i went downstairs.

everyones eyes were on me and i saw mattia, we made eye contact and as soon as i saw him tears formed in my eyes. lord i was doing just fine.

mattia: y/n..

i ran back upstairs with mattia following me, here we go again.

i closed the door or at least tried but he stopped it.

mattia: y/n can we talk?

y/n: what is there to talk about?

mattia: everything.

y/n: i mean you made it pretty clear by kissing that girl? *a tear went down my cheek*

mattia: it meant nothing y/n, i promise.
he wiped my tear away*

y/n: ..

mattia: please believe me i can't live without you

y/n: we could be friends?..

mattia: ..

mattia: that's not what i want y/n.

y/n: okay and think about what i fucking want mattia i don't wanna have to rethink my trust on you, if we ever get back in a relationship, you lost all my trust.

mattia: that's fine y/n i'll regain it, i just want to be with you.

y/n: i'm sorry, this isn't gonna work.

tears streamed down my face and i couldn't control it

he pulled me into a hug and we both cried on eachother, this was really it.

mattia: i'll always love you y/n.

he got up.

y/n: wait.

i leaned in for our final kiss and he kissed back man i'll miss these lips.

he pulled back and he left, i'm not sure where tho because he still has his room here so we might have to live in the same house..

i cried until i got myself together and went downstairs finally.

everyone's eyes were on me, i was just hoping they didn't see my puffy eyes.

y/n: what y'all starin at damn

dess: my bad

i went over to the kitchen and grabbed myself a banana and went through instagram then i found an edit of me and mattia and i quickly turned off my phone.

alex: how you been?

y/n: uhm well obviously not the greatest, we made it official tho we broke up but uh besides that i'm fine, oh did you ever talk to valerie?

alex: yeah she said sorry and she got surgery for the bullets

y/n: oh that's good, did the cops ever pass by?

alex: yeah they did yesterday they lost their lead tho, i think they're dropping the case

y/n: at this point ion even care, they failed their job but if it happens again i swear.

alex: yeah we're thinking about mo-

just then i got a call from the one and only jabez.

i slightly smiled

y/n: sorry can i take this real quick?

alex: yeah go ahead

i went upstairs into my room and answered.
