Chapter83:Lies

"Just know that I love you but I  wanted to tell you that I could probably see a future with you one day." Cole said knowing that one day he will pop the question.

"Cole I see a future with you as well but I don't know you would take it seriously." Maddie said.

"Maddie you are only girl I want to be with and I do want to take our relationship very serious."

"Really?"

Cole sighed heavily. "Yes I do and honestly I could never see myself with another girl that is not you Maddie."

"Me too Cole and I hope we stay together forever until the day we turn old." Maddie said.

"Yeah me too."

While they were eating their dinner, Cole had a lot of things in his mind including the conversation  they had  and for some reason it made him sick in the stomach.  He knows that he needs to stop lying to  her and just admit that he doesn't love her anymore because it is getting out of hand.  The fact he could actually see a future with her but not in a good way just in a horrible way which includes a terrible marriage and a huge messy divorce. To be honest he doesn't want that to happen at all.

"Cole are you okay?" Maddie asked.

Cole sighed and needed to find a reason to leave but he doesn't want to lie to her.

"I am fine but my grandfather needs me because it is really bad." Cole said hoping that she doesn't know that he is lying.

" What happened?" Maddie asked.

"Two weeks ago he fell down the stairs and his back hurts so he needs me to do everything for him."

"Okay and I hope your grandpa get better ."

"You  just had to lie and  used grandpa for a excuse to leave wow." James said.

"I panicked okay and he was the only person I thought of ."  Cole said.

"Why can't you just break up with her, it is not hard." James exclaimed.

"I want to but I don't want to make her upset."

"To be honest I am pretty sure that she knows you lied to her face and that you lost feelings for her." James said.

Cole sighed. "If she does then why didn't she break up with me then?" He asked.

"I do not know but it is your relationship not mine."

"I have to do something about it."

"Yeah you have  to before it is too late."

"Anyway James what are you doing?"

"I am opening up a restaurant and now I am looking at the interviews from people that I interviewed for the job like chef, waitress, waiter and others." James said while he was focused on his laptop.

"Hey do you ever want to open a business with your brother or anyone that is related to you?" Cole asked.

"I don't know and the last time I did; I ended up having an argument with Spencer because there was things that he was doing wrong." James said.

" Like what?"

"It is kinda funny but it is hard to explain that's all."

Cole chuckled. "Okay it must had been that crazy."

"Yeah but maybe one day I will start a business with a family member and hope it won't end horrible."

November 9th

Cole ranged the doorbell and the door was heard opened.

"Grandpa I got some big n-"

Cole looked up and saw that it wasn't his grandfather but it was someone else familiar.

"You have grown a lot since the last time I saw you Cole."

"Yeah it been a long time, how are you?" Cole asked.

"I am good like  always and how are you?" Delilah questions.

"I am good." Cole said.

"Delilah can you just  let the boy get inside the house?" Grandpa asked.

Delilah rolled her eyes at her brother.

Oh I forgot something huh well the family tree is huge so I am gonna make it short. Delilah, Mercurtio and Diego 111(I am the fourth well it is just my middle name but whatever.) is my grandfather's siblings and my dad's aunt and uncles which makes them my grand aunt and uncles. Anyway back to the story.................Wait hold on they ain't the only one that is still alive from Frederick's side of the family but I ain't gonna say too much about it so you have to wait to find out.

"Come inside before this guy pop a blood vessel." Delilah said which made Cole laughed and grandpa  rolled his eyes at her.
