it was the second day of the achylis event. not everybody will be going to the same particular place. yeji, chaeryeong, lia, hyunjin, haewon, yuna, lily, and ryujin will be going to see the dungeon with the king. but that portion of the event is later in the day. the eight royals decided to sit together at breakfast even though 2 sets of the four aren't on speaking terms.
the seating arrangement is lia- haewon-ryujin-yeji-chaeryeong-yuna-lily-hyunjin.
(after breakfast)
"m-miss yeji" ryujin said quietly.
"miss ryujin." yeji said annoyed
"i-im s-sorry for ru-ruining your d-dress. i-i just wanted t-to apologize for b-being so re-reckless." ryujin stuttered out.
Yeji just stared at ryujin with an emotionless gaze
"i-i really dont k-now a whole lot a-about y-you. b-but what i d-do know is that y-you c-collect gems." she said
"how did you know i collect gems?" yeji asked
"i-i overheard my s-sister talking a-about it with miss. ch-chaeryeong." ryujin said as she grabbed about 5 items from her pocket.
ryujin first handed yeji a rainbow moon stone cut perfectly into a small rectangle.
"it s a rainbow moon stone. its is very very good condition. and there are super hard to find. where did you get this?" yeji questioned
"one o-of my friends, a c-civilian, collects g-gems too. i-i have a couple m-more." ryujin said
ryujin handed yeji 4 more gems
" an onyx with baguette cut. its literally the size of a pea. perfect condition." yeji said with a smile.
"l-look at the o-other ones." ryujin said
" a boulder opal. this thing is huge! average condition but very pretty." yeji said while inspecting it
"a sapphire gem. cut into a heart? size of a grape. decent condition. wow. an agate. size of a lentil. perfect condition. " yeji said wide eyed.
"y-you can k-keep them miss y-yeji." ryujin said
"are you sure?" yeji asked.
"t-think of them as a-a peace offering. my p-payment to y-you for ruining y-your dress." ryujin said while looking down at her feet
"miss ryujin. what did i said about looking me in the eyes when i am speaking?" yeji said with a louder tone of voice
"its hard to look at somebody who is so beautiful." ryujin mumbled
"what was that miss ryujin?" yeji asked
"n-nothing" ryujin said nervously
"and sure why not. ill take you up on that peace offering. but i will only keep one." yeji said.
Yeji in return kept the rainbow moonstone cause it was one of the ones she wanted but never has been able to get. ryujin being the stuttering mess she was tried her best to hold a conversation with yeji
haewon debated on going to talk to lia for an hour. she wants to apologize for ruining lia's painting but she doesn't want to get pushed away by the elder again. she finally realized that she should go and apologize. she walked up to yeji and lia's room and knocked on the door to make her presence known.
