Chapter 42

As i walk to my frist lesson of the day, i see Steve with bruises all over his face and he looks at me with a disgusted look which i think is off as i only slapped and i'm sure i didn't cause that much damage to his face. I notice Max getting her books ready by her locker

Y/N - Hey you still okay to come with me at lunch time for my scan (i whisper the last part so nobody hears me)
Max - Yeah i will be there, why wouldn't i be?
Y/N - I don't know just i know we haven't spoken since me and billy broke up
Max - Nah it's cool and by the way billy got what he deserved (She laughs which causes you to laugh)
Y/N - I'll see you then, meet me outside by the doors okay?
Max - I'll be there

She yells back while she makes her way to her lesson, I have Computing which is the same class i share with Eddie and Steve and may i add Scarlett, I'm definitely not looking forward to seeing them at all i just know how it's going to go down

I sit down in a seat next near the back hoping no one is going to notice me but they do, Steve sits next to me and so does Eddie on the other side, they share evil looks at each other as i wonder what's going on, I notice that Eddie's knuckles look all red and have cuts on them, He must be the reason why Steve's face looks like that, But what caused him to fight Steve like weren't they best friends?

Eddie - Looking at something princess (he catches me out staring at his knuckles)
Y/N - Your knuckles, What happened? (i say as i gently run my finger over them)
Eddie - Nothing don't worry about it 
Steve - Lying to her again i see Eddie (he speaks up as i turn my attention to him)
Y/N - What does he mean? (i turn to look at Eddie)
Steve - He started a fight with me
Eddie - It was nothing you didn't deserve (Eddie snaps back and i roll my eyes)

The teacher walks in and that's when i turn my attention as he explains what we are doing this lesson, i catch Steve and Eddie looking at me during the lesson but i try and brush it off as much as i can

After the lessons finishes i try and be the frist out of the classroom so none catches up with me i succeed on the being the frist one out but fail on none catching up to me as i hear footsteps running towards me

Eddie - Y/N wait up (i turn and wait on him)
Y/N - What do you want? (i snap at him)
Eddie - I was just wondering if you wanted to come back to mine after school and have a joint each or something
Y/N - Or something?
Eddie - Yeah it will be like old times ( he faintly smiles at me with hope i'll agree with me)
Y/N - I can't ( i was about to walk away when i turn on my feet to him) and FYI nothing ill be like old times so stop pretending that everything will go back to normal if we share a joint together cause it won't
Eddie - Okay i'm sorry

I walk away from him i feel bad for saying what i did but he needs to realise that nothing is going to be the same as it was before and trust me he isn't the only who wishes things will change between us i do too, there is so much history with us and now i'm carrying his baby but this is for his own good that won't get back together i'm protecting him

----- Lunchtime----

I stand outside waiting on Max to appear when i see Eddie and Robin walking out laughing they give me a small smile as they walk by but i blank them and let me get on with whatever it is they are doing

Max - Hey sorry i'm late, Dustin wanted to me to join this club thingy
Y/N - Hellfire?
Max - Yeah i think that was it, I don't know and i don't care, Let's go and see how the little one is doing

She locks her arm with me and we start heading out off the school grounds, As we make out way to hospital we try and bring up old memories to make me feel a bit better about everything which it does help until i start to realise that everything good ended because of me i'm the one that cheated on billy frist, i'm the one who decided to destroy every last part of mine and Max's friendship which sucks cause maybe i won't be in this situation if i stayed with billy but i wasn't happy with him as i was with Eddie but then again i'm unhappy right now

Max - Earth to Y/N (She waves her hand infront of my face) what were you thinking off?
Y/N - Do you think i'll be in this situation if i had just stayed with billy?
Max - Maybe not but come on Y/N i know you weren't happy with him, and remember if you did stay with billy you would have been the one who got cheated on not him, it's just a very unfortunate time at the moment for you and that's okay everyone goes through it
Y/N - i guess you have a point there, thank you Max for sticking by me you had every right to turn away when you saw me in the bathroom but you didn't
Max - Yeah cause i knew that if i was in that position i would want you to do the same for me
Y/N -  You know i always have your back
Max - I'll always have your too

She gives me a smile before we realise that we are at the hospital, Walking in the door i felt really paranoid like everyone was giving me judgemental stares but how could they possible know why i'm here, there's a million reason why i would be walking into the hospital

The reception has told me and Max where to go and we following the directions that was given to us, before walking through the door i take a deep breathe and Max holds onto my arm for support

Max - Hey you are bad bitch you have got this okay

She gives me a reassuring nob before walking into the headquarters, sitting down in the waiting room was very boing as every nurse that walked out i was just hoping for them to shout my name just so i get this over and done with, I start chewing on my nails as realising hit and everything starts to feel like it's closing in on me

Just as i was about to start to panicking that's when my name is called by one was the nurse, Max stands up and puts my bag over he shoulder as she holds onto my hand and walk with me into the scanning room

The nurse was very nice and asked allot of question about the pregnancy, like how long ago was my last period, if the father was wearing protection ect

Nurse - Okay Y/N, if i get to lay back on this chair we will see how far along you are and how the baby is doing ( i make way to the chair and lay down as i expose my tummy)
Okay this is going to feel a bit cold on you is that okay?

The nurse asks as i nod my head at her to do it, the gel was in fact was really cold and it felt really weird to have it on my tummy but i know this what they have got to do, they put pressure on my tummy as the scan for the baby with the electronic fetal monitor

Nurse - Okay the baby is doing well and is giving us no sign that anything bad is happening, and you are 16 weeks in, would you like the know the gender?
Y/N - Yes please (you look over at Max and she smiles at how well you doing)
Nurse - You are having a wee baby boy

You smile at the thought of a wee boy running around your house and calling you mum, You look over at Max and she is gleaming with excitement, The nurses take some ultrasound for you to take home with you

Nurse - Here you are (she hands you a envelope) We will call you in a couple weeks to get have another check up okay?
Y/N - Yeah that's fine, Thank you so much
Nurse - It is not a problem see you in a few weeks
