-Well, we were born a truckers daughters
While being raised by our grandmother's
We lived in a small town that didn't matter
Daddy got that job to earn an extra dollar
Daddy traveled them roads and tarped them loads all day long to midnight with long night hours
-Grandma put us to bed at night helped us with our homework by the day of light and told us daddy would be home by the next morning.
- Grandma washed our clothes & cooked for us every single day , we've seen her cry , seen her be our mother in every other way she could.
- In the summer time there wasn't much to do but listening to daddy play his music while he sat back and drank a few in the winter time some how he and grandma made it through.
- we're so proud to be a truckers daughters while being raised by our grandmother's.
-we will always remember those memories we had from way back then if we could I know we all would do them all over again.
- Dedicated to my dad and grandmother's I wrote this for them because they raised us and never gave up on us but gave up everything for us!!
