chapter 26

Vivian POV

I will consider this shopping trip as a win, she was so happy at the toy isle and the look on her face when we got her that train it was just amazing!

Right now she was sleeping peacefully in between us, tucked carefully in her car seat, her paci loosely hanging out of her mouth

Although she did sleep for a good 30 minutes at the mall, I imagine the shopping and all the walking must have been quite a lot on her little self

I looked outside the car as the castle came into view once the trees cleared in, I need to have a talk with megan when I get back... 

I honestly have no idea how it's gonna go, she's been acting a little weird the last couple of times when we talked on call, but she seemed excited to meet her niece

"What's going on with Megan?" Gloria asked in a soft tone, reaching my hand which was sitting on Bella's leg and holding on to it

"She thinks Bella is like Britney and she said that to my mom, who denied it which in turn got her even more mad because she felt mom was siding with me because I'm the Queen" I said softly with a deep sigh

"She's nothing like that girl" Gloria said in a harsh tone, making me look up at her, seeing her try to calm herself down

"I know babe, she's the sweetheart little girl I've ever met. I just don't know what's wrong with Megan...  She's never acted this way about any of our previous littles, never mind that she's not acted that way about anyone" I said sadly squeezing her hand

"Are you going to try and talk to her babe?" Gloria asked, although by the tone of her voice she was less than impressed with the current situation making me sigh and nod my head

"We'll figure it out babe" Gloria whispered softly moving my hand to kiss it, the action calming me down

We stopped in front of the palace, making me take a deep breath and preparing myself for what's about to happen "you got her?" I asked Gloria

Turning to look at her, she had already started to unbuckle Bella and nodded at me, "come back to our room when you're done okay? I'm gonna put here there as well"

I gave her a small nod and stepped out of the car, watching as she scooped Bella up and walking inside giving me a smile on her way

Megan POV

God how can I be so stupid... Like seriously, blaming a little girl for all of my issues... Ugh

And to top it all off I know mom and Vivian had a talk after the scene at breakfast and if I know my sister as well as I think I do, she's going to come talk to me as soon as can

The truth is, I know bella is nothing like Britney, that lying good for nothing girl... God just thinking about her makes me gag

My sister's the queen and no one ever questions whatever she does, she can have a little and marry a girl and whatever no one has any issues with it

But I can't have a boyfriend or do even one thing that's not set by the 'rules' set by my parents

I get it, I'm a princess and a royal heir and while I do understand it's importance it doesn't mean that I don't get to have a life outside of it does it?!

I sighed and watched out the window as Vivian, Gloria and Bella came back, they had gone shopping I think

Gloria came out carrying Bella and Vivian most probably would be heading in my direction in a couple of minutes

And like I suspected within 10 minutes there was a knock on my door "come in" I said softly sitting on the bed

"Hey" Vivian spoke softly, entering my room and closing the door behind her "I'm assuming mom talked with you?" I asked sighing again when she nodded

"Why do you think Bella is like Britney? You've barely spend any time with her to say that" She spoke, and I could tell be the tone of her voice she was pissed, like literally angry and it made me even more mad

"Why do you care huh?! She's just a girl your guard found on the street and all of a sudden she's your baby and the princess?!" I screamed before I could stop or think what I was saying

I could visibly see her face turn red at this and she glared at me hard "If I were you, I would think my next words very carefully before speaking. What I do with my wife and my little is my business. Do NOT, I mean it, do NOT throw useless accusations that you can't back up! " The tone of her voice was cold and hard and I could literally feel the authoritativeness scream from it

"Fine. Go do whatever you want with the street girl. It's not like you care what happens to me do you? You have the whole kingdom to take care of you" I said bitterly, my voice finally lowering down

"I care about you more than you know little sister. But right now you're acting really immature and throwing wrong accusations. Come talk to me when you've calmed down" She said in a soft tone before walking out

That was the difference between me and her, when I get angry I say whatever comes to my mind, even if half of it isn't even true....  Vivian on the other hand can keep her anger in check and always thinks before she speaks... Ugh I really need to get a hold on my mouth and I need to apologize to a LOT of people

This is so not going to be a fun day.... I sighed heavily and layed on my bed to calm down a little

Soooo we have a little bit of drama, what do you think is gonna happen next? Is an apology really going to make everything better??
