Chapter Gray

Deus Ex Machina Industries also known as DEM for short, an organization that was made with the purpose of hunting down spirits , it's one of the largest and influential organization.

With multiple branches all over the world, and currently now one of those branches was being invaded.

This branch of DEM is not as big as the other but this place holds some important information and technology that the DEM created, though it's not as heavily guarded as the other branch this place was still well protected but all those are nothing against the invader that easily beat the guards and destroyed their facility.

" Shit someone call for back up, we can't hold her for too long ! ".

" Communication doesn't work ! ".

" Then hurry up and fix it or find an alternative! Just hurry up and call for back up! ".

A group of people locked themselves up for safety, they already tried everything to stop this spirit that stormed off their facility , they even send out wizards but none of reported back and what's worst they don't know where this spirit is all their cameras is static as if someone is disturbing it.

" If only we have a Bandersnatch this would been over, Hey did you find out who's this spirit is? ". The one who act as a leader asked but none of his men knows the identity of this spirit.

* Thud * A sound of a heavy object hitting the door that was protecting them caught their attention before they could prepare for what's about to come, the door was penetrated white chains easily made a hole in the metallic door as if their papers.

Then the door was cut into half the smokes makes it difficult to see the one who broke through their door.

The leader tried to shout but his men was already brought down by the white chains seeing that he is the only one left daring himself to get out , he was knocked off when he get hit by one of the chains

He tried to get off but with the chains holding him down it was impossible to leave. His eyes turned to the one who holding him down he was being stared down by a girl gray hair and green eyes an emotionless eyes that's staring at him with a black scythe raised over her head that made him cowered in fear.

Knowing he got no chance of escape he decided to talk it out.

" Wa- wait! ". To his surprised the girl stop and the scythe is only a inch away from splitting him into half.

" I give you whatever you want and tell you everything I know just spare me! Is it information you need? Money? Then I give it to you just don't kill me! ".

" Combat Realizer Unit , I want to know where you keep it.. ". Hearing the demand of the spirit , he was puzzled.

" What that's it? Then couldn't you just take the one that they're using? ".

To answer his question, the spirit using her chains showed him a wizard with a broken cr-unit he also noticed that the pilot was still alive.

" It was broken, It was a easy thing to handle this toys of yours , Now tell me where do I get a new one? And a much better version ". The spirit asked innocently.

' But that's our best ones.. ' The man thought so

The man obeyed her and told her the floor where the cr-units was placed but before that he was forced to unlocked the password in the computer and yep the research that they work hard was easily stolen.

The spirit left leaving the man who fell into a slumber.

Outside of the room the hallways are full of scratches and holes , the spirit walks leisurely ignoring the bodies of sleeping humans , and yes despite with all the chaos she made there's no bloodshed that happened though there's some human that were wounded but that was unavoidable.

Following the instructions of the man from earlier she ... Gray finally reached her destination.

Scanning the area around she found a number of Cr-units while there's only a few , she only need one for one person, using her chains to carry it a some sort of portal appeared besides her that was used to store the cr-unit.

Satisfied at her work, she decided to leave before more annoying humans gets on her way.

Making her way out of the destroyed DEM base , not only she released some stress from trashing this place she also manage to earned a cr-unit with this she can give this to Akiro not only that,  just like she promised to him she didn't kill a single human.

As she head in her way back and meet Akiro.

' I guess a little modification on this before I give it to Akiro would be better, that's right!.. ' Thinking for a way to upgrade this cr-unit , Gray's mood increase more that was noticable from the smile on her face.

Gray satisfying smile remained until she returned home and was greeted by a excited looking Akiro.

" Gray! Where have you been , You missed a lot you know you see the whole place was frozen then... I found out Shido is a lolicon what should I do?! ".

Gray listened to Akiro story though he, most of the things he say is about his brother being a lolicon and asking what he should do to protect his little sister.

' What happened while I'm gone? '. She asked herself. Akiro on the other hand continue in complaining and while practicing his swings using a wooden sword? , where did that come from?

Just some short chapter...

I read my own work and found a lot of mistakes and fixed it some of it , anyway now I know and remembered what's this story about so i try making a new and long one , until next time .. a month? Is it a month?
