Side Character Route - 9

Inside the school Gray was doing what Akiro ordered that is so take the people inside in a safer place. Using her ability she creates a portal where it was connected to a shelter.

Minutes later she was starting to get impatient, there’s still a lot of people inside that Gray is getting more anxious sensing what’s happening above.

Despite that she still continue doing what she was told to do.

Once she’s done taking the students she found into the shelter and was about to look for more. A cry from what sounds to be a cat was heard behind.

Gray:”You- you are Akiro’s pet cat isn’t”.
The cat replied by meowing and moved it’s feet walking towards Gray.

(I forgot the cat’s gender so it’s a male now)

It was a cat with a black fur and white paws, he was the cat that Akiro picked sometime ago and named it Kurusaki.

With one look it appears like your normal house cat but in Gray perspective this cat is not just a normal stray cat you will find in a street.

She can feel it that this cat was somehow have a connection to her. Yet she doesn’t remember meeting this cat in the past. The only connection Gray and this cat have is that.

This cat, Kurusaki was made from one of her powers that she lost.

When she first meet this cat, Gray was thinking of getting rid of this unknown creature. Although that change when Akiro was having fun playing with the car.

Besides both Gray and the cat gets along pretty well now.. to the point she considered the cat as a team.

Gray:”Since you’re here, help me look out for more people around here”.

The cat meows in agreement, then Gray proceeds to look for more. Until she felt a space quake being formed above, turned to look at the window even the cat did the same.

Seeing what’s happening Gray was about to jump into action when she was reminded what’s she’s doing here in the first place.  Not wanting to disobey she hesitated for a bit.

On the other hand the cat gave Gray a stare and made a noise then he run away, Gray heard and understand what the cat said thinking this was the best course of action she decided to go where Akiro is.

Arriving at the top Gray immediately moved and appeared in the middle of the spirit nightmare’s clones stopping them from taking one more step.

Seeing Akiro’s current situation Gray signal to the cat to take care of him.

Gray:”What do you think you’re doing?”.
She said in a spiteful voice making the clones froze on the spot not one were able to reply when they were suddenly got impaled by a sharp spikes coming from below.

It was a silver like chains piecing at the clones body and before any one took notice of Gray, she along with Akiro and the cat disappear on the spot.

Shido and the others have mixed reaction but same question of ‘Who’s this person is’. Except for Kurumi Tokisaki who knew this spirit. Seeing her arrival make Kurumi clicked her tongue in annoyance.

With her being here Kurumi Tokisaki’s plan of eating Shido Itsuka may fail, no it will surely failed.

Fortunately for her Gray didn’t seem to have any plan of engaging in a battle against Nightmare as she just left and gave Kurumi Tokisaki a threatening glare before leaving the place.
