Bruno had known there was something off about this kid. He also should have known that Polpo's stupid lighter test would cause trouble to the kid who already had a stand.
Running from block to block, he zipped through various buildings to increase speed and cut corners.

In his line of sight was Giorno and another older boy lying in wait. Seems that Giovanna had worked out its weakness, too, but time was ticking and you were not well suited to the profile of stand user. The sun was setting, and the shadows were coming.
Creeping behind you enough to be within accurate range, you were too afraid to notice much else as you squirmed in it's grip, confused as to what had hold of you. You could hear it, but you couldn't see anything besides the orange shimmer of the sunset reflecting through a ghostly sheet, transparent edges just about making the shape of a large, bugeyed humanoid. Your eyes widened, mouth babbling nonsense in order to try and make sense of this creature, but your squinting was cut short by a abrupt opening beneath you, gravity taking you with it.
No sound was heard, just the sound of your body slipping through the gravel amongst your high pitched scream.
Both schoolboys looked towards the mafioso, in awe at what he had just done to a civilian.
Your mind was too cloudy to think as you fell through nothingness, feeling like seemingly forever and not long at all, the cold, wet stone breaking your fall in an oddly soft manner, as if you fell onto something.
Knocked to the floor, you had to take a moment to gather your strength, warm liquid dripping from your throat.

Above, your boyfriend simply stood, waiting for the younger blonde's move. They had to fight this monster and despite being trusted with many of Polpo's secrets, even he did not know how to completely destroy it.

Groaning, you stroked your throat then inspected your hands front and back, surprised to see dark streaks of blood marring your skin. You felt some pressure in your throat, but it didn't seem to be pissing blood, so you decided they your top priority was to get out of this sewer. Before you, there was light peeking through a cracked manhole, it's ray of sunlight falling onto the water, dust and flecks gathering towards a certain point. You squinted, noticing there were ripples in the water despite nothing being there.
Clutching your neck, you felt something metallic, jingling against you. Feeling its shape, you determined it was a zip, and pulled down. The very second you did this, an invisible silhouette could just about be seen if you looked hard enough, and it surprised you when you saw the ripples jerk forwards. Something clamped your throat, tugging up harshly and closing what felt like a vacuum at the base of your neck. Grasping out in front of you in a panic, your pupils grew slowly as slender, cobalt fingers appeared around your wrist, clutching you to prevent you doing more damage to yourself. They slowly filled back, revealing white, leathery gauntlets and a shapely arm. You watched as its torso grew, long legs sprouting beneath it into leather booties, it's golden zips clattering against the fabric. Finally, it showed the lower half of it's face, the top hidden beneath a blue mask, adorned with spikes along the centre.
Frozen in shock, you reached your arm out to touch it's face, the pad of your thumb going right through, like it was a ghost.
"ARI!!" It screamed, knocking you completely off centre in fear. You squealed, covering your face in horror, just to realise it hadn't moved. You stuttered, choking on your heavy breath.

"Hm. She's fine." Bruno mumbled.

"A-Ari? Is that your name?"
"Sticky Fingers! Ariiii!"
"Oh, my god... What the hell are you? I'm so sorry if I've made you annoyed, I can't understand you."
"Ari, ari, ariiiiii!" It gestured, waving it's arms and pointing at you. You were confused, until a voice came from behind you.
"He's telling you to look behind you." Gasping, you slowly looked round, staring in awe at what was in front of you. A white humanoid being, with four arms and ball-jointed legs on 5 inch high wedges. It floated, face plain and emotionless due to its lack of features. It's head was in the shape of a crown, smooth and sleek like it's body.
"Who are you?"
"I'm your conscious, though those humans seem to refer to me as a 'stand.'" It pointed one arm behind you at the other being. "So is your friend back here. He belongs to... I see it: Bruno Bucciarati!"
"Bruno? Man, I must be concussed. I need to get out of here."
"You won't get far alone, Y/N. If you stray too far, the zip on your throat will break and you'll hemorrhage- Surely to death." Touching your throat instinctively, the voice continued. "That zip is your boyfriend's power. He's keeping you alive by keeping your blood inside your body. You should not have survived the fall at all."

"How come you can talk, but Ari can't?"
"Some of us are powerful physically. Others are powerful mentally. It also depends on the user. You weren't supposed to live through what happened on the surface, but the fact you did directly created me."
"You aren't making any sense."
"If this is Bruno's, why isn't he here?"
"He'll be close by, since his stand is still very visible to us."

"Then... What's your name?"
"I am known as, Atomic."

"Four arms, four seasons, four elements, four humours. Anything worthwhile that must be balanced comes in fours."
