Chapter 19: Mattheo?

After staying at Hogwarts for a day or two I got bored. The Hogwarts express will be coming back to pick some kids up that missed it on sunday.

I was thinking I could probably use a break from this cold, dark school. I wanted to go to the Weasleys 

1. The golden trio wouldn't stop sending me letters begging me to come. 

2. I was honest just bored and thought I could have fun there.

I got onto the empty train, sitting by none other than Neville Longbottom.

"hi" Neville says awkwardly. I smile at him looking out the window. It couldn't be that hard to not think about Mattheo right? Shit! I just did it again, how am I always thinking about Mattheo?!

I walked inside the Burrow. It was quite dark, nobody seemed to be home.... Odd.

I walked up to Ginny's room but she was gone. I checked every room in the house but they were all empty. Where did they go?

I walked outside wasting time because of how bored I was. When will they be back. I took a walk through the tall weeds.

The smell of freshly mowed grass filling the air. The smell of the flowers lingering throughout the yard. The thorns poking me while I was walking.

The last part was pretty painful but overall it was really calming. I sighed. Finally peace and quiet.... What was that?

I thought I heard a branch... Guess it was an animal...? I continue to walk more careful now.

"hello darling." I hear Someone say into my ear. Shit! Shit I! Shit! What did I get myself into?!

I quickly spun around seeing none other than Mattheo Riddle.

"what are you doing here?! " I whisper to him.

He chuckles "I could ask you the same question."

He walked over to a more open area so I followed. I stopped at a safe distance from him.

"meaning? "I ask annoyed.

"you said you weren't coming here for the holidays. " he said to me smiling. "you lied didn't you."

"calm down" I say rolling my eyes "I didn't know I was coming; I just got bored at Hogwarts."

He walked closer to me as I stepped back slightly. He gave me a confused look grabbing my hand.

"are you alright? " he asks me gently holding my hand.

"other than the thorns poking me, im perfectly fine." I say to him smiling.

He went closer to me going in for a kiss. I swerved to the side avoiding it. He looked back at me confused.

"we broke up remember? " I ask him. I didn't want to break up with him but I couldn't date him right now, there was too much going on.

"right..." He says letting go of my hand "then I guess we are actually enemies then?"

"no of course not!" I say to him. "but the weasleys will be back soon and if they hear or see you they could try to kill you."

"well I have something they don't." He said smirking.

"and what's that? " I ask him curiously.

"expirience." He says simply knowing I wouldn't understand.

"in?" I ask still very confused.

"killing of course." He says.

"calm down you've only killed one person." I say annoyed of his over confidence.

"yeah." He says chucking "lets just go with that."

He kisses me on my cheek apperating away. I turn around seeing the weasleys car light approaching.

I ran out of the forest walking inside the house where the Weasleys were now in the kitchen.

"Bella!" Ginny says happily. Everyone looks over at me as I close the door.

"your here!" Hermione says putting Crookshanks down on his feet.

I walk over to them both. "I thought you said you weren't coming?" Harry says.

"yeah I wasn't going to but Hogwarts got extremely boring." I say to him.

"are you alright dear? " Molly asks. A look of concern on her face.

"Yeah why do you ask." I turn around to her who was setting the table.

"Well you seem" she pauses "out of breath."

I noticed I had been heavily breathing this whole time. I had ran back to the house all the way from the tall weed area.

"oh, I uh -" I try to think of an excuse. Would she believe me if I told her I walked all the way from Hogwarts? "Went out for a run."

Technically I was running... So I wasn't really lying.

"okay." She says.

I walk over to the front door leaning on the wall.

"Psst" I hear. I look over to my right and see Fred and George standing next to me.

"hmm?" I ask them both.

"we heard about your little secret." Fred says. "yeah we know all about it." George says smirking.

"what secret? " I ask trying to remain calm. Do they know about me and Mattheo?!!!

"You know, that secret." Fred says again.

"I don't know what your talking about." I say simply.

"Well we don't know if we're right so you tell us the secret." George says.

"haha nice try." I say sarcastically.

"we know you were in the forest with someone." Fred whispers in my ear sending chills down my spine.

how'd he know?!

"we have a good guess its Mattheo" George says in my other ear.

"it wasn't." I say to them.

"we won't tell anybody if you tell who it was." Fred says. "well we don't need to know anyways. We actually already saw you and Mattheo."

"how?" I whisper.

"Harry's invisibility cloak." George says "and our Polly juice potions."(I was editing this and realized it made no sense sim just gonna explain what I meant. Fred and George gave a polly juice potion to two people to pretend to be them while they stayed at the burrow.)

Polly juice potions?! How? Who did they use? They bother walk away going upstairs. Im left there confused.

Me Hermione and Ginny go upstairs to our room. We all head to sleep while im left hoping The twins won't tell anyone.
