I woke up earlier than Ethan he was still sleeping I did bother waking him up or anything I just left him a little note saying I went home as I grabbed all my stuff and started to walk home not knowing what was waiting for me

One I was home I noticed that a bunch of cop cars we're there and people around my house making me panic as I dropped all my stuff and ran over there "hey you can't be here please step back or step away" said a police officer standing in front of me

I looked around and saw my sister hanging from a tree with some stabs on her making my eyes tear up "that's my sister!" I said as I pushed the cop away from me and ran to her "Sidney!" I yelled as while tears fell from my face

"She has done when we got here I'm afraid there is nothing we can do for her except to bury her" said the cop but I just hugged Sidney's dead body "I'm so sorry I wasn't here for you I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" I said holding her tighter not wanting to let her go

But I knew I had to as the cops soon take her they told me they will bury her for me that I should probably be looking inside if anything was missing so I did the house was a mess I couldn't believe it my eyes were all puffy and red the cops took off Sidney's favorite jacket saying I should probably keep it

So I did I washed Sidney's jacket while clean up the house it was so painful for me I lost my mom and my sister it wasn't fair why did this have to happen to me of all people I hated it just when I thought things were going well for both of us

I always visited my mom and Sidney's grave it has been days since she has died and I still haven't gotten over it I missed her so much I only had her jacket but that wasn't enough it wasn't the same I just wanted Sidney back is that so much to ask for

I knew times were tuff for me even so if Sidney was here I'm pretty sure she wouldn't allow me to be sad everyday I needed to get my life back together no matter how painful it was I just didn't know if I could she wasn't by my side anymore and I don't know what I will do without her

But I knew I had to stop and start going to school this is how life is it's a painful reality nothing ever goes as planned and people don't always stay no matter how much we want them to although sometimes I wish it wasn't like that

I quickly got ready and put on whatever I could find I needed to hurry up and get to school before I was late I grabbed Sidney's jacket as I put it on when I ran out the door and made my way to school where I see everyone there already

My dad was out of town and he wouldn't be back until next Sunday I left him a message about what happened to Sidney and I hope soon he will get back to me and hopefully he will come back soon as well

I saw the news reporter talking about Sidney's death and someone else is death as well I really don't understand why they will do that and why can't just mind their own business for once and what's worse they were doing it in front of the whole school

I didn't even notice a blonde girl bumped into me making me jump a little "shit sorry" she said "oh it's fine" I said smiling "wait you are Sidney's sister right?" She said a I looked down "um yeah" I said "I'm really sorry" she said "it's fine really" I said

"I'm Tatum by the way" she said "I'm y/n" I said "are you new to this school?" Tatum asked "yeah I just didn't come for awhile because on what happened" I said "I can totally understand that may I see your schedule?" Said Tatum

"Yeah sure" I said handing her my schedule "oh you have the same classes as me aren't you lucky" she said smiling making chuckle "yeah I guess I am" I said "you know what y/n I have a feeling we're going to get along great" said Tatum

"I sure hope so" I said as we both walked in "you know since you're new and all would you like to be friends and I could introduce you to some of my friends and my boyfriend" said Tatum "sure I would love to I actually do need friends" I said

We heard the bill ring as we hurried to get to class I sat next to Tatum since no one was sitting next to her in the first place and I had nowhere else to sit begin with students we're being pulled out of the classroom one by one until the day ended

"Y/n come on I want you to meet the rest of my friends their outside waiting" said Tatum as she grabs my arm and starts dragging me outside we see three boys outside as we make our way over to them "hey this is y/n" said Tatum as she sits down next to a boy

All there eyes going on me "this is so not uncomfortable" I thought to myself "hi" I said "she was Sidney's sister" said Tatum "oh shit I'm sorry what happened to her" said a boy "how are you holding up for far?" Said another boy "okay I guess" I said

"Sit down we don't bite at least not yet" said the boy sitting next to Tatum as I awkwardly sit down next to a boy "oh sorry I'm Randy he's Stu and he's billy" said randy as stu and billy pulled their hands out for a handshake "I'm sorry for your lost" said billy as I give him a small smile

"What kind of questions did they ask you guys?" Said Tatum "well they asked if I knew Sidney or Casey" said Randy "yeah they asked me that two still can't believe they killed two people" said Tatum "did they ask you guys if you like to hunt?" Said Stu

"Yeah they did why? Did they ask you?" Said Randy "hunt? Why would they ask you if you like to hunt?" I said "because their bodies were gutted" said Randy "thank you Randy" said billy "they didn't ask me if I like to hunt" said Tatum

"That's because there is no way a girl could have killed them" said Stu "that is so sexist the killer could easily be female as well just so you know" said Tatum "that was an ice pick no exactly the same thing" said Randy

"yeah Casey and Steve we're completely hollowed out and the fact is it takes a man to do something like that" said stu "or a man's mentality" said Tatum "how exactly do you gut someone?" Said Randy making all their eyes go to him then me

"Are you comfortable with us talking about this y/n?" Said billy "um..." I said "because we don't have to if it's making you feel uncomfortable" said Stu "oh no no it's fine!" I said smiling but it wasn't fine I just didn't know how to say no to people it was hard

"You take a knife and you slit them from the groin to sternum" said Stu "it's concerned how he knows that" I thought to myself "hey it's called a tact you fuck rag" said billy making me laugh a little "hey Stu didn't you used to date Casey?" Said Randy

"Yeah for like two seconds" said Stu laughing a little "before she dumped you for Steve" said Randy "I thought you dumbed her for me" said Tatum "I did he's full of shit" said Stu "and are the police aware you dated the victim?" Said Randy

"What are you saying that I killed her? Might as well say I killed y/ns sister while you're at it" Said Stu "it will certainly improve your high school kill" said Randy "Stu was with me last night okay?" Said Tatum "yeah I was" said Stu smirking "was that before he sliced and diced" said Randy

"Fuck you nutcase we're talking about y/ns sister so in that case where were you last night?" Said Tatum "working thank you" said Randy "oh on that video store I thought they fired you're sorry ass" said Tatum "twice" said Randy smiling making me chuckle a bit

"I didn't kill anybody" said Stu "nobody said you did" said billy "thanks buddy" said Stu smiling at Billy "besides it takes a man to do something like that" said Randy "I'm going to gut your ass in a second kid" said Stu laughing

"Tell me something did you really put her liver in a mailbox because I heard they put her liver in a mailbox next to her spleen and her pancreas" said Randy getting up and talking in a weird tone just then Tatum throws something at him

"Quit it you doomed fuck she just lost her sister how many times do I have to say that" said Tatum "you know what it's fine I should probably be getting home" I said getting up and started to walk away "y/n wait!" Said Tatum walking towards me

"Here's my number call me if you need anything or if you just want to talk with someone if you want you can stay over tonight" said Tatum "thanks Tatum I will" I said taking her number and started to walk home
