YOUR POV I woke up and started to get dressed as I went to go brush my teeth.

I then grabbed my backpack as I heard a bell ring from outside. "Y/n!" I walked out my room and opened my front door and saw Billy. I smiled and walked over and hopped on the back of his bike "Good morning Billy" I said with my head on his shoulder as he was pedaling "good morning beautiful" I blushed and wrapped my hands around his torso as he continued pedaling.
A few minutes later I woke up from Billy's shoulder and got off the bike "thanks for the ride cutie" I whispered in Billy's ear which made him turn red as a tomato. I walked inside the school and placed my stuff into my locker and heard a girl behind me say "Hi y/n" I turned around and saw Gwen I smiled and said "Hey Gwen" Gwen then started to giggle and I said "umm is everything okay?" Gwen then said "I saw you with paperboy this morningggg" I then blushed and turned around to look at her "shhh Gwen he is literally like 2 lockers down from me" Gwen smiled and said "oh well I heard him talking about you with finney" I looked at her in a confused way and said "like in a bad way or good way" Gwen then said "he called your hair pretty, he said your smile was cute and that your very sweet" I blushed and said "oh really?" billy came over and said "hey what you guys up to?" Gwen turned to him and said "well y/n said that you are v-" I nudged her shoulder and said "oh billy the bell is about to ring how about we go to class?" Billy smiled and nodded as I walked with him and glared at Gwen behind us as she waved bye
BILLYS POV After history with y/n I had math with finney and I sat right next to him. "Did you ask her out yet?" Finney asked me I turned to him and shook my head no. He then patted my shoulder and said "Hey look I bet she likes you to! Didn't you say she kissed your check?" I then said "Finney that's because my sister walked in on us about to kiss." Finney shook his head and said "she likes you! Look tomorrow is Saturday so how about me, you, donna, and y/n go to the roller rink?" I then sighed and said "finney I just- I got this horrible phobia okay? I'm just scared of rejection. What if she doesn't like me and what we have now is ruined?" Finney looked at me and said "Billy listen you only live once make the best out of it! So what if she does reject you? I'll support you and you can move on alright." I then turned to finney and said "fine I'll ask her after school" finney smiled as we continued to take notes

STILL IN BILLYS POV the bell rang to signal that it was the end of the day. I walked out of the class room looking for y/n I saw her talking with Bruce Yamada at her locker. "shit what if she likes Bruce?" I thought to myself I began to feel nervous as I continued walking towards her "Hey Bruce thanks for the help earlier, I'm horrible at science" i could hear from my locker "Your welcome y/n, I'll be here to help you whenever you need" he smiled and walked away I then walked over to her "hey I was wondering if you wanted to go to the bakery with me it's about a block or two away" I asked her she smiled and said "of course Billy"
