When y/n moves into a small town in Denver, Colorado she meets Billy Showalter while walking to school.

BILLYS POV I woke up with my arms wrapped around y/n. I looked up and saw the time 7AM "good morning Billy" y/n said, I then smiled "good morning, love" I said, I then got up and grabbed a pair of clothes to change into "hurry school starts in half an hour" I said, she then went over to my closet and took a shirt "I'll just wear the jeans I wore yesterday with one of your shirts" she said, I then nodded as I went into my bathroom and changed.
YOUR POV After Billy left to the bathroom I changed into one of his shirts and grabbed my shoes.

A few seconds later Billy came out of the bathroom "alright I gotta deliver newspapers so you can come with me" he said, I then smiled as we went downstairs and saw Billy's dog "good morning buddy" Billy said, I then brushed the dogs fur "oh no I'm sorry maybe tomorrow I'm taking her today" Billy said, the dog then sat down and looked at Billy like he was offended "sorry" I said, we then walked outside and went on Billy's bike and he began to throw newspapers on porches.

STILL IN YOUR POV After we finished delivering the newspapers we got to school and went inside "good morning Billy" finney said, I then waved at Gwen and went to my locker "griffin told us what happened yesterday" Gwen whispered in my ear, I then turned to her "what did griffin tell you!" I said, she then smiled "you and Billy were having a fun time huh?" she said, I then looked at her "did you ask him? or did he just tell you?" I said "I asked him like a hundred times and he finally spilled but don't worry only Finney and Donna know about it to" she said, I then walked over to griffins locker "hey y/n!" he said happily, I then looked at him "hi griff, please don't tell anyone else about yesterday" I said kindly, he then nodded "I'm so sorry, Gwen kept bothering me so i told her. I'm very sorry I really am." griffin said, I then felt bad because griffin was always apologizing and he was very shy and lonely "hey look it's okay griffin, just don't tell anyone else alright" I said "I won't I promise, also I was wondering can I hang out with all of you guys at lunch? You guys seem like really nice people" griffin said eagerly, I smiled "of course you can sit with us" I said, he then nodded "okay thanks y/n!" he then walked away to get to class

BILLYS POV Before heading to the cafeteria I found Y/n and griffin "hey where's everyone else?" I said, y/n then looked at me "Bruce, Robin, Finney, Donna and Gwen are already up by the tree" she said, I then nodded and I walked beside griffin "hey griff, you gonna eat lunch with us today?" I said, griffin then nodded "yeah I'm getting tired of eating lunch by myself in the library" he said
A few minutes later we got up the hill and saw the picnic table under the tree "Hey Billy!" Finney said "hey finn" I said back I then sat next to y/n and saw Bruce "oh bruce sorry about yesterday" I said, Bruce then turned to look at me "it's alright" he said, the entire lunch griffin and Bruce were talking about there favorite books while Donna and finney were flirting.
A few minutes later the bell rang for everyone to return back to their classrooms "see you guys later" finney said as he left with Donna, griffin then waved bye to Gwen and Bruce. I then started walking back to class with y/n "so Billy where to after school?" she asked, I then looked at her "hmm I'll take you flower picking!" I said, she then smiled and headed off to class

YOUR POV i started walking towards my locker after hearing the dismissal bell "HEY BILLYY" a girl said behind me, I then turned around and saw Amanda "not this again" I mumbled, I saw her walk past me going straight for Billy "oh um" Billy said as she wrapper her arms around his shoulders giving him a tight hug, I then walked over and grabbed her arm and took it off of Billy "what do you want Amanda?" I said, she then glared at me "i want billy" she said, I then laughed "well I'm sorry but he's my boyfriend not yours" I said, she then looked at Billy "you don't wanna be with this whore do you? she's cheating on you with Bruce!" she said, I then pushed her off of Billy "is that all your mouth does? lie and talk shit?" I said, she then gasped "look here billy is mine okay?" she said, I then looked at her as if she was insane "you're crazy" I said, she then tried slapping me but I moved out of the way "you little fucking shit" I said, I then threw a punch right at her lip "WHAT THE FUCK!" she screamed, I then swung a punch at her eye "YOU LITTLE DUMB WHORE" Amanda said, she then tried kicking me in my stomach but I dodged it in time "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" I heard a crowd around us now, I then grabbed her by her hair and threw her against a locker "don't ever spread rumors again you fucking bitch" I said, I then punched her nose and saw blood drip down from "OH" "LOOK" I heard a lot of gasps from the crowd, I then turned to Billy who was smiling "billy I wanna be in a mad mood don't make me laugh because of your smile" I said on the verge of giggling, I then saw Robin and Gwen walk over towards us "you fucked her up!" Robin said, I then smiled "yeah" I said "your first fight and you won!" Gwen said, I then nodded "thanks Gwen" I then saw the crowd walk away as a few teachers came over "oh shit let's go" Robin said, we then all started running and went out through the doors "my uncle is here to pick me up, I'll see you guys tomorrow" Robin said, he then waved goodbye and got inside his uncles truck "I'll leave you two alone I don't wanna third wheel" Gwen said, she then walked away and Billy got on his bike and I hopped on behind him "do you know a place?" I asked him, he then nodded "yeah it's a few minutes away, it's a huge sunflower field" he said, I then wrapped my arms around his torso and he started biking
BILLYS POV a couple minutes later we got to the field and I got off my bike and helped y/n off "oh wow this place is beautiful" she said, I then smiled "yeah my mom would take me here after school all the time and I would play tag with my sister" I said, she then walked over to a sunflower and picked it "wait no no nope please y/n" I said, she then ruffled my hair and placed the sunflower on top of my head "why? you look so cute!" she said, I then took the sunflower out and tried fixing my hair "yeah but you would look cuter" I said, I then placed the flower into her hair and moved her hair out of her face "thanks Billy" y/n said, she then kissed my cheek and I felt my face warm up

"Y/N! ARE YOU FINISHED GETTING THE FLOWERS?" I yelled, I then saw her jump from far away with a big bouquet of sunflowers "YES BILLY" she then started walking over while I was sitting under the tree "we better get home it's almost sunset" I said, she then nodded as I walked over to my bike and she got on from the back
YOUR POV after picking a bunch of sunflowers Billy dropped me off at my house "I'll see you tomorrow, love" he said, I then blushed "here" I said, I then handed him a sunflower and he smiled "so you won't miss me! you are very clingy Billy" I said, he then shook his head no "am not!" he said, I then giggled "whatever you say lover boy" I said, I then opened the door and walked inside "Y/N! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? ITS 5!" she yelled, I then turned to look at her "oh um I was at donnas we have a math project" I said, she then gave me a glare "okay then but next time please call" she said, I then nodded and went to my room. I carefully placed the sunflowers into an empty vase in my room and poured a water bottle into the vase, I grabbed some pajamas and changed. I then spent the rest of the night reading, listening to my Walkman and thinking about 𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘺
