Third P.O.V
The meeting room (Y/N) was heading to was on the fifth floor.
You could assume that the ride in the elevator was anything but comfortable.
Jackson was muttering angrily at himself to man up against (Y/N).
Matthew was trying to stay invisible so (Y/N) wouldn't be angry with him.
(Y/N) was generally annoyed by everything and just wanted to get this over with.
Once in the meeting room, (Y/N) sat at one end of the long table and Jackson sat at the other. Matthew stood behind (Y/N) like their bodyguard.
"Why are you here when I specificly said to not contact me in the future?"
It was very straightforward as (Y/N) had a business to run and could not waste time talking to trash.
To add to (Y/N)'s headache, Jackson immediately took offense to (Y/N)'s straightforward attitude.
"YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE?! YOU CHEATED ON ME!!!"
"Are you sure about that?"
(Y/N) calm attitude added fuel to the fire.
"YOU WENT ON A DATE WITH THAT SCUM BEHIND YOU!!"
The temperature in the room dropped several degrees.
"First of all, NEVER call my boyfriend offensive names like that. Second of all, we weren't even together when Matt and I went on a date."
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!??!"
(Y/N) let out a heavy sigh, pulled out an envelope from their pocket, and threw the envelope at Jackson's face.
"You signed an official breakup form two weeks ago. The text was just a formality."
Jackson couldn't believe his eyes. He really DID sign the form.
How can I not remember it though?
"Now that your business is complete, please leave my company."
(Y/N) was wasting no time in ushering Jackson out.
"BUT-!"
This was when Matthew's patience ran out.
"Just because you cheated, doesn't mean (Y/N) would cheat."
Jackson's eyes went wide.
"How-!"
"I have evidence of you cheating on (Y/N), if you don't stay away from (Y/N), I will post it online."
Jackson's face was red with anger.
"THIS ISN'T OVER!!!"
Matthew let out a sigh of relief and happiness mixed together when Jackson left.
"What are you so happy about? I haven't even interrogated you yet."
(Y/N)'s smile seemed to hint at the questions ahead.
