I close my eyes
I feel your embrace
The scent of musk and cinnamon
Makes me dizzy with wanting
I have to feel your touch
Hear the beats, of your forbidden heartI'm intoxicated by your scent
It draws me in, like a magnet
Compelling me closer
Heaven within a pair of arms
A place to lay my head
A place to call homeTroubles follow me
Anger teases me
Patience is not my virtue
Sadness has a hold
Insecurities, have me hostage
But in your presence, my heart stillsYour eyes keep me focused
Your words keep me grounded
Your acceptance eases my troubles
Your wisdom keeps me sane
Your heart anchors my soul
Your arms, make me feel at homeI lose myself in you
I drown inside your eyes
I feel the heat of your warmth
I smell the beauty of your soul
I feel the thump of your heart
I know that I, am homeIf the world ended today
I would die with regrets it seems?
I never got to feel you close?
Perhaps, it is so
Perhaps I'll die, before I feel
The home, within your armsSo I make the most
Of every moment I have
Every time we meet
I hold you tight
I deeply inhale the scent of your warmth
I willingly drown, inside of youYour eyes call to me
Your arms pull me close
Your heart beats against mine
Warmth fills my being
Soothing every ache
Don't let go, just hold me tight!
