We first know him in chapter one[ origin of the hybird]. He was in verge of death because he must save the village with a normal sword. After that he collapse on with scar on his body. That was our first time to know Grimm Jaune

It had shape of big blade/sword.
Origin of kuro getsu: the first time it appear was in [origin of the hybird]. The sword was wrapped in bandages. It make from special ord and Grimm part.
