MHA: Hiyori Ito

Chapter 18| Plotting

The doctor had reopened the back of Hiyori Ito. There was a tag/label that said her name against her finger, she was more pale than usual. At the moment, she was unconscious for this procedure. He had installed supportive material that mended muscle and some bone to help her function. The Doctor worked on replacing the the structure and  he had a good view on where he's working.

"Impressive." There was blood all over the operation table. "She shouldn't have been able to grown into this mature state like he'd mention but a mutant has its perks.. Luckily I'm prepared for such possibilities." He fixed the goggles over his eyes which helped his vision in every situation.  "Thankfully we've given you a hyper regeneration quirk but without it you could die before that little thing could grow." Noticing her long ears twitched to some responses, he wasn't sure if he hit a nerve or she was partially conscious.

He did speak to himself out loud when no one's around and if he's very focused on his work.
The doctor had worked on replacing what he had to, the bumps along her scarred spine was the sign of her tail growth faltering. The skin healed over it to prevent it from growing out normally which was the source to her back problems.

"Should I even continue to amplify your capabilities even if Shigaraki proves unworthy? You could be my greatest success, Hiyori. Even though you leave me so stumped on the possibilities."

"Let's not tinker with you too much or the Demon Kings successor will be cranky.." The Doctor decided to leave it alone since he could care less tinkering with anything that gives obvious changes to her appearance. He can be a cosmetic doctor if he felt like it but this wasn't that type of doctor.

"Don't be discouraged in anyway Doctor, if what you said about Jun'ichi and Chiyo's situation proves true than you can get right back to your work with Hiyori. Tsubasa's cowardly ways forked her over officially. The news is aware of Hiyori belonging to the Villains." All for One chuckled. "Do assist in making sure Tomura Shigaraki has shown promising results in the future, even if he does fail... I'll just hand over the Shigaraki name to Hiyori's child. It works out perfectly."

"Of course." the doctor snickers as he was beginning to mend the wound. The scar was desisted before All For One and the Doctor were testing the compatibility with All For One and Hiyori. Since he's been collecting a numerous amount of quirks she has only been able to be given and taken away quirks from All For One and the functioning was only to take due to her Half Effect Quirk. "I'll make sure of it." The sound of another pair of gloves smacking against his wrists. "Hiyori isn't really flexible with all her abilities and her original quirk doesn't seem to be as useful as we thought."In addition, she's still able to apply a ladder of quirks.

"Oh, I promise she has." A calm chuckle left All For One's lips when examining Doctors work. "She's just rejecting her capabilities to keep her sanity against my control, but eventually I'll return to extract that piece of All For One's to give to my successor personally and maybe shatter her skull for all to see."

"I see.." The doctor replied. he came around to more things gathered on the table. "Well, Since you're present. I must ask you something regarding what you've informed me."

"Hm~.." The satisfied hum from the man for approval.

"Hiyori and Tomura—"

"Oh, Right. Not a dent in my plans with this. You can handle the situation however but I suggest no Nomu out of her, I figured he's playing coy to his feelings so I wouldn't want to have Tomura get too upset. His destructive powers aren't where my worry stands, more of his willingness to gain power. Hiyori could show him even and well use her against him if he falters even a little."
