Y/N bursts into Dumbledore's office.

He looks to her. "Miss Sparks, what's going on?"

"Sir, I need to use the floo network

"Sir, I need to use the floo network. NOW."

"Young lady, that is no way to speak to your headmaster."

She looks to McGonagall. "Forgive me, Professor, but I need to go."

Dumbledore stands up. "Whatever do you need the floo network for?"

Y/N takes a second to breathe, trying to bring her sentences together. "I- It's my-. Well you see Professor Moody brought a letter to me that had been marked as urgent by the sender. And then when I read it, it told me that I essentially need to get myself to St. Mungo's at once!"

Professor Sprout looks to her as she's breathing heavily. "Good lord, that was all in one breath."

"Y/N, why do you need to get to St. Mungo's Hospital. Typically, we would need a letter from a student's parents to allow them to do such a thing."

"DONE." She slams the letter down on Dumbledore's desk.

He picks it up and reads through what's been written on the parchment.

McGonagall looks to him. "What is it, Albus?"

He looks slowly away from the letter and to Y/N. "Your mother's in labor?"

She nods. "Yes, sir. It's been nine months, so I did expect it to happen soon. But I didn't expect it to happen now."

"Sierra Sparks is pregnant?"

Sprout looks to McGonagall. "I had no clue."

Y/N explains. "No one does. My parents have kept it secret because they wanted it to be private for as long as possible. But that's not the point, I need to get to my mother at once!"

Dumbledore walks over to his shelf and grabs a jewelry-type box. "Well then you must of course get to the hospital."

She nods has he brings the box over to her and motions to his floo network fireplace. "Thank you, sir."

He opens the box of floo powder and hands it to her. "Now I assume you know how to use this, correct?"

Y/N grabs a handful of the floo powder. "Yes."

"Then I'll let you head out now. Send your parents my regards, Miss Sparks. And congrats on your new sibling."

"Thank, Headmaster Dumbledore. ST. MUNGO'S HOSPITAL." She anounces as she throws the powder down.

The green flame shoots up into her vision, blocking her sight of Dumbledore's office. It's never warm like one would expect when standing in a fire. Though it's a magic fire, so it's different. Y/N can completely feel the different between floo powder flame and regular flame. Similar to how she felt when the fires at the Quidditch World Cup were set unnaturally, it feels completely wrong. Floo powder fire is made with normal magic, though. It's different then a person setting fire to a field or a building. The feeling of someone setting fire feels both unnatural and dark. It's almost painful to be near. She remembers standing there in the tent that day. Y/N was feeling faint and in a sickly state, then when she forced her mind back into focus, her heartrate was high and she was sweating.
