Prologue

I lay on my bed, my paw placed over my visor. I keep both my eyes closed as I begin to daydream. A world where my species thrives, destroying all of mankind whole. There I see her, Sky. Oh my darling, how long I am waiting here to see you my love. Do you still miss me? Do you still dream of me? Have you found someone? Too bad my sweet. Too bad you'll be dead to answer

An alarm goes off

"All inmates to yard. All inmates to yard."

I sit up and let out a sigh, thinking to myself

"She betrayed me, she betrayed us all. Your friend Spyro is dead. Who could you be with now?"

I stand up as my cell door opens automatically. I walk out to see the other inmates walk out of their cells down the hall. I follow behind. I walk through these halls, being much smaller than most of the inmates here, but feared by all. I arrive to the courtyard. I see multiple people playing basketball, causal sport here in the clink. I sit down on a bench, sitting patiently for a man I am waiting for

"Where is he?" I think to myself

Soon after, I see a bald man sit next to me. He seems to be in his mid 40's. I look at him for a second before he speaks

"You Azrail?"

"The one and only" I responded

"Head to your cell after yard time. Check under your pillow. The team awaits for you outside" The man says as he stands up, walking away

I arrived in my cell, supposed to be asleep. I search under my pillow for anything and find a small sheet of folded paper. I unfold it to find multiple lines in different colors. I get confused at first

"The Color Code? Y'all really have to make this shit harder to decode" I say

Doesn't take me long to decode it, and once I have my message, I smile

"So this is where you're hiding Sky? I thought you'd be alone, but looks like you found yourself, a human"
