This settles it.
The stranger is definitely a U.A. third year. (Y/N) just didn't know her number was circulating in the entire grade.
It could be one of the girls gave her number to a guy friend because Sunny had every female third year's number thanks to that cursed group.
Either way, she figured sending the math notes wouldn't harm anyone.
