YES, I DO!
I am of the belief that all mediums of literature (including fanfiction) should be accessible to everyone. Nobody should be prevented from reading my work just because English isn't their first language, they don't understand English, or feel uncomfortable reading the language. It's not fair, so translations are always welcome!
That being said, all I require is that you ask me before you translate any of my stories. I'd like to know so that I don't assume you are copying or stealing my work, and so I can add it to my reading list of translations of my stories and give the book a shoutout! I love to show my support as much as I can.
More often than not, I do give permission for others to translate my work. Though, when you translate one of my works, I will ask that you give complete and total credit to me in both the description and the first chapter/introduction chapter.
A trend I've noticed is that those who ask tend to want to use my aesthetic symbol layout and graphics when translating the book. This is not necessary; you do not have to include the entire layout of the book because that's a lot of work. If you want to, depending on the book, I may say yes. There are certain symbol layouts that I am not comfortable with others using. If I say yes, I can email you the entire book's layout to save you time.
The same applies to my graphics. You may use the same cover of the book, that is acceptable and I can send you an email with a HQ version of the current cover so you do not have to screenshot it. But you can also create your own cover if you'd like, using mine is not mandatory!
Regarding graphics/edits I have in my stories, depending on the book, I'm okay with you using them as long as proper credit is given and my watermark isn't removed. Again, this is something that you and I can talk about privately if you're wanting to translate my work. Also, you can create your own graphics too. Using mine is not mandatory.
Now, I only allow three translations of one story into the same language. For example, there is already one active translation of Expedite into Spanish. I'll accept two more book translations for Expedite into Spanish before I won't accept any more translations for that book into Spanish.

Regarding my book She, I have had quite a few people interested in translating it. I have said no so far, primarily because I have not found anyone who I trust enough to translate that story and finish it. It's a very long book with an insane amount of graphics used in each chapter. If there is anyone who is interested in translating it and can finish translating all of it and has completed writing at least one book, please reach out to me. This is a story I hold very close to my heart, and am very protective over.
