The cultivation world never likes prodigies,
Neither did they like Wei Wuxian.
Now that he was away from them for 9 months only some people remembered him.
They either loved him very much (yep tsunderes count 😉),
Or they hated him to the core (yep the Great Dimpled-Snake count 😉).

. . . 6 Month Before . . .

Today WY would come out of his cave. Wen Qing was excited to see him after 3 months but also worried. She needed to tell him a news. Just as she was thinking about it, she heard the ever-cheerful voice.
"Hi Everyone 🙂👋.
How are you all doing? All well??
Ah , A-Qing & A-Ning, how are you both?? All good in the clinic ☺️?" He said with a smiling face.

All the Wens looked at each other grinning and then said,
"Everything is good just as you left them 🙂 Wei Gongzi." And all started laughing along with Wen siblings and Wei Ying.

They all all ate their lunch together in the kitchen area.
They had new furniture which they made themselves. They even made the Wen siblings and Wei Ying special chairs with intricate carvings and designs .

After lunch Wei Ying talked to Wen Ning about the 3 months. And now it's evening and Wen Qing's time to talk to Wei Ying.
"A-Qing how have you been?" Wei Ying asked smiling.

"I'm fine. Well I have something to tell you." WQ said and WY asked her to continue.

"From last few days, I felt a bit uncomfortable and checked myself and found that I'm pregnant. So should we keep the baby or abort it ??" She said but was a bit upset with the last part. But Wei Ying was not moving.
She thought he didn't like the fact that she was pregnant.

"Lan er Gongzi might misunderstand so I guess we should abort the baby."Wen Qing said hiding her inner pain.

"No why do you need to abort it?? It's just a harmless little baby. And about Lan Zhan, he already knows we are a married couple, so us having a child is normal and he is not even concerned about me anymore i guess. Whatever, only the Wens will know about it for now since if the cultivation world knows that,
                  "The Devil Yiling Laozu(Patriarch) and A Wen Lady have a Child.",
They might as well burn the whole Burial Mounds ." Wei Ying said and was going to the direction of the Wens with Wen Qing, but stopped .
"Oh btw, I forgot to give you this." He said and took out a wooden box.
When Wen Qing opened the box she found a beautiful black ring.

"I tried to make a silver or white ring but it would absorb my Demonic energy. So I reconstructed it into a black ring and poured 2 months worth spiritual energy in it. Though not like before when I had my white core of a rouge cultivator, but the spiritual energy it has is still as superior as a Lan. It is almost like a miracle that I can still cultivate spiritually. I was thinking of a way to infuse it with spiritual energy but I had low spiritual energy so I thought of cultivating though I didn't know how. I started meditating and some of my happy memories floated in my mind and I started remembering them. After some time I noticed that my spiritual energy is increasing. Then I concentrated on all my happy memories and thus I cultivated spiritually. Ain't I a Genius ☺️? " He asked smiling like a rabbit.
" Yea , rabbits are genius and my son will also be one." Wen Qing said giving her rare smile.
" Hey I'm not a rabbit and how do you know it's a son and not a daughter??" Wei Ying asked.
" I just know. " Wen Qing said.
They then went to the Wens and told them about the arrival of the little guest , and they were very happy. Wen Ning was at cloud 9 . He was very excited to meet his niece or nephew.

. . . In some jungle near Gusu . . .

"Why ?? What did I do to deserve something like this??? It would be so great if i never ....." Lan Zhan said and while crying and cutting the whole jungle.
