3rd person POV
Mew stared at gulf for at least a full minute allowing gulf to calm his breathing down, it didn't last forever though as mew grabbed gulfs hand running up the steps
"W-wait" gulf screamed tiredly as mew continued to run before turning a corner dragging gulf into the alley way
Gulf placed his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath once again as mew stared at the wall away from gulf
"Mew" gulf whispered still trying to catch seeing mew not looking at him
"Mr. Kanawut... your probably just pitying, actually No it's probably not pity you were just wavered because of my tears-"
"What?" Gulf asked
"Don't worry about me..... I'm sorry I did such a thing to you, we will forget with time"
"No not this time I won't forget I'll make sure you won't either I'm sorry for what I did to you there is nothing you need to be sorry for all you did was open my eyes and make me realize that the person who always cared for me everyday-" gulf stoped as mew turned to leave he grabbed mews hand pulling the man back.
"It's not pity nor was I wavered by your tears well I was but that's not the reason, I was scared... I was afraid of what would come after I said I like you as well-" he stoped again intertwining his hand mews hand seeing mew trying to leave again his face down as he stared a the floor
"I didn't understand my feelings for you so I was scared... I'm sorry I was running away again I'm sorry for always running away from you but just the thought of not being able to see you or talk with you again scares me even more than my feelings for you" gulf stopped and grabbed mews chin making mew look at him he smiled a bit seeing mews pouty lips
Mew who realized once again tried to turn away but gulf didn't let him and cupped mews face holding it up so he could see his whole face up
"I'm your colleague and I'm not young.. I might be a strain or a burden to you later in your life but..... I'm young enough to be able to said all of those reason are just excuses" mew bit his bottom lip feeling his eyes get teary finally being able to pull away from gulf and turn his body so he was facing the wall
Gulf smiled once again before shuffling towards mew slowly wrapped his arms around mews waist hugging his side
"You've helped me experience more things that I could have ever known... now I want to experience with you new happiness you have yet to know, the good and the bad experiences" gulf mumbled hearing mew sniffle before he turned towards gulf slowly looking up
Gulf reached up wiping a tear that fell from mews eyes
"I like you" gulf finally confessed again staring into his eyes just as mew did when he confessed, Mew didn't say anything just hugged gulf placing his face in gulfs neck as he wrapped his arms around his shoulder hugging him tightly
"Mr. Kanawut" mew spoke softly sniffling a bit as he tried to stop his tears from falling
Gulf hummed in response wrapping his arms around
Mews waist hugging him as well
"I like you" mew said and gulf smiled even wider his face turning a deep red just as mews
"Hmm" gulf chuckled
"I like you a lot" mew said again making gulf smile even more if that was possible
Gulf pulled away a little mew doing the same both staring at each other there faces both slowly leaning in until they heard voices
Jumping back leaning against the wall they stared a each other then at the entrance of the alley way where they saw James carrying king on his back walking past
"Jamie~ I have a secret" king screamed in James ear
"Stop screaming in my ear baby what is it" James asked walking down the ramp carefully holding kings thighs
"I don't have any muscles but you do and there really big and also your abs are nice I like touching them there like bumpy-"
"Okay king enough there are people around" James laughed a bit seeing a woman staring at them, King gasped and looked at her smiling before glaring at the woman
"It took me sho long tooo confress and she did this to me" king sobbed on James shoulder making James roll his eyes as he turned the corner going to his home
Both mew and gulf looked at each other before letting out a laugh in relief before walking out of the alley way, gulf reach over grabbing mews hand before they started running yet again when hearing mia speak, Turning the corner into another space
"How can he do this to us" mia sobbed
"I don't understand it I love him but I also ship him with mew" Jenna cried both shakily walking arms over each other shoulders
"He was supposed to be my husband but but but... MEWGULF" they shouted making mew and gulf flinch as they peaked, gulf over mew both staring at the two girls walk away
(A/N I understand y'all I claim Jungkook as my husband but have taekook everywhere in my books and all 😭😭🥺💜 the struggle is real like I love taekook but Jungkook is my husband howww don't ask me!! 😂)
As they went away Mew and gulf sighed before laughing once more
"Mr. Kanawut your almost 40 you should know where to confess and where not to" mew said and gulf let out a scoffy chuckle
"Your almost thirty you should know where to take me knowing I did confess beforehand" gulf said making mew laugh
"Mr. Kanawut..." mew called out and gulf hummed in response staring at mew
"It's okay.. having an age gap or being a minority is the same as having different hometowns or cheering for different basketball teams it's nothing" mew confirmed making gulf smile widely his already red face becoming more read all the way up his ears and down his neck
"Then let's argue until our eighties" gulf said walking towards mew cupping his face making mew smile
"But don't you mean when I'm 80 and your 90 or when I'm 70 and your 80" mew mumbled making gulf gasp before he turned and began walking away a small smile on his face while mew followed laughing
