As the two heard the voice they turn to look at the person and they are greeted by none other than zewu-jun aka their uncle, they were so relived to see him but wait... Why does he looked so young?
'Uncle? Why does he looked so young?' Shocked mielli and lan shizui thought the same
"greetings Sect leader lan" both guards greeted and bowed at him
'Sect leader lan?' Shizui pondered and mielli blinked 'eh?'
Lan xichen politely smiled at the two guards and bowed as well, while the other two just standing there don't know what to do and not really processing anything they just saw why is their uncle looked so young? They have the same thought looking at lan xichen while mouth open and closing like a fish.
Lan Xichen looked at the siblings with a questioning smile and then they snapped back to reality
"Greetings uncl-*cough*sect leader lan" the siblings greeted him at the same time and bowed, lan xichen raised one eyebrow at the uncle part but didn't paid any mind
"Greetings young master and young Maiden" lan xichen smiled, greeted them back and bowed
"Now what seems to be the problem here? " lan xichen asked glancing from the siblings to the guards
"Sect leader lan these two just showed up here, without invitation and showed us a fake jade token and exclaiming that they lived here and raised here not just that but asking us weird question if we know someone named zewu-jun and hanguang-jun" one of the guards explained, lan xichen just smiled and nodded "I see" and now looking back at the siblings like it's waiting for their explanation also
Shizui cleared his throat and straightened his back as he explained "Forgive us sect leader lan we did not mean to caused any trouble but we did not lie about living here and being raised here"
Lan xichen thinks for a minute about what's he gonna do with the situation and when he turned towards the siblings they showed him with pleading and hopeful eyes
'Uncle huan please let us in my legs are dying from standing' mielli mentally pleaded
"Right! I forgot they were a special guest that's why their jade token is deferent" as lan xichen made the excuse the two sighed in relief lan xichen is literally an angel because he saved them
'Uncle huan you really are so nice and the best' mielli looking at lan xichen with sparkles around her.
