"What? How? You?" I was all shaken up

"Leave us dylan" Dylan obey and got out

"Dad?" I asked completely shocked

"Yes April, it's me" he sat down on the chair "now don't look so surprised aren't you glad to see your old man?"

That's it that made me explode

"Glad? Are you fucking kidding me?" I shook my head "you left me, you made my life a fucking living hell, I thought, I actually taught you were dead, that was why I never heard from you again and I'm supposed to be glad?" I asked in exasperation

"Now calm down, I will explain"

"I don't care about you explaining, just let me go, and why am I kidnapped?" I glared at him

"Because I needed you to come here, and well, let's just say that someone made it difficult for me to find you" he said

"What?"

"I asked someone to bring you to me but he did the opposite and hide you from me"

"Oh you know him right, I can see it in your eyes, and I saw it in his eyes when I was talking about you"

"What does Ashton has to do with any of this and what exactly is this?"

"Let me explain" he smirked "I think you can recall when you were little and all the bad people that came over and did your mom or you things"

"How could I forget?" I said angrily

"Well that was when I was in trouble with my gang, I made a mistake and a lot of people came after us, that's why I made a deal with some old man and I actually took you with me to a few meetings, he lived in a mansion, I don't know if you remember you were little"

I closed my eyes trying to remember, there are memories in the back of my head but I can't see clearly

"He had a son almost your age and you two played while we talked business"

"Not exactly a father, but a mentor" my father said "I made a deal with him, find my daughter, and see what she is capable of, put her on tests to see if she can be in the mafia, that's why he almost killed you, and..."

"And that's why every tragedy happened when I was next to him" I completed

"Yeah, he was going to see if you were capable, he told me you were so I told him to bring you here, but days passed, and I lost track of three members of rois, Ashton, Sebastian and Kile" he said mad

"I lost track of them and of you, but here you are, finally" he smirked

Ashton betrayed me, all of them, this was all a lie, this was fake

"For Ashton?" He asked and I nodded

"Well if he brought you to me, he was going to become the leader of rois, just like I promised his father"

"And luckily you succeeded the tests, I mean there are some left still"

"Well, he was told to kill you"
