Heats:
Heats are a 5 day period of time where omegas experiment a painfully need for alphas and the desire to mate with them. They are extremely painful, especially in the omegas stomach.
Heats are also the only times male omegas can conceive. It is very painful for a marked omega to spend their heat alone.
Omegas during their heat should never be left alone so they don't have the chance of getting r@ped.
