Title /5 (Does it catch your attention? Can you read it?)

Cover /5 (Is it nice? Does it look professional? Are the colours good? Is the Author's name on there?)

Blurb /5 (Does it give you a perspective of what the book is going to be about or the characters? Does it make you want to read the book? Is there any information, or is it just something like "read to find out?")

Opening chapter /5 (Were you interested the moment you started? After reading, did you want to continue? Did it make sense or was it confusing?)

Genre suitability /5 (Does the book actually suit the genre?)

Plot /10 (Were you able to keep up with what was going on? Did it flow? Did it rush into things?)

Grammar/ Punctuation /10 (Self-explanatory.)

Vocabulary  /10 (Self-explanatory.)

Dialogues /10 (Was the structure done properly? Were you able to know who was talking)

Character development  /20 (Was is the point of a story if at least one character doesn't develop? Now tell me, did any of the characters change throughout the text?"

Story development /10 (Did the story make sense in the end? Throughout the story was there any development at all or did everything go on over and over?)

Engagement /5 (This is all about you. Did you enjoy it?)
