When she had successfully landed on the ground and found where she was standing was a wasteland. She then asked Ciel the cause of the incident

Rimuru: "Hey Ciel, where are we standing? Why does everything around here look so desolate?"

Ciel:<Master, the place you are standing is Japan on Earth and every time a spirit appears on this Earth, there will be a phenomenon called 'Spacequake' occurring - depending on the level of the Earthquake. Rimuru: "Hahaha, sorry I forgot to introduce myself. Nice to meet you, I'm the spirit of creation and destruction and my Title is 'God' and you ask me how I know about you - I know everything about you you can press the spirit" Rimuru gave a smile that made him blush
