When jayda would climb in the bed with Von she noticed an uneasy emotion on his face. She didn't know what she did because when she came home everything seemed normal.
"Baby what's wrong?" Jayda ask
Von would look at her like he didn't want to say what he was about to only because he knew how she was. Jayda has always been a paranoid person and at first Von never understood but after learning bout her life before Atlanta he understood why. He didn't want her scared. She was protected no matter what and he put that on his life.
"He looking for you Jay. You and Kayla." Von says looking at her dead in her eyes
"Who? What? Von what are you talking about?" Jayda asking feeling a lump come across her throat
"Dave." Von says.
Jayda would take a pause taking in what Von jus said. Did he jus say someone name Dave was looking for her and Kayla? That name ran goosebumps and she began to feel uneasy because she had a feeling she knew exactly who he was talking bout and it was jus bringing back unwanted memories she didn't want revisit.
"D...Dave who?" Jayda ask
"David Webster." Von says
Jayda eyes would widen because she knew exactly who he was. She was one of her pimps and his father was too as well. Then Kayla would tell her that he was also Kayla's pimp as well. He was a very well known drug dealer in New York and was very well known in the east coast and in the south as well.
"No." Jayda says shaking his head
"No what Jay baby talk to me." Von says pulling her closer to him
"H..how did y...you find out about him?" Jayda ask
"Ari apparently been seeing this nigga and he said sum bout y'all to her. Saying some shit like you have unfinished business with him." Von says
"No...no...VON PLEASE HE WILL KILL ME! I LEFT I LEFT! HE MADE ME DO THINGS I DIDNT LIKE! VON IM SCARED." Jayda yells breaking down in tears
Von would wrap his arms around jayda pulling her into a hug and she would bust into tears in his chest. Crying because that man put fear in her heart. This is why she tried so hard to run away from her past. It was something she didn't want to relive. Her life was doing so good and she didn't want him coming and interfering with her life.
"Listen to me ma ain't nobody gon do shit to you on king David. I would never let nobody harm you I put that on my life. You safe with me you heard? Imma handle this shit." Von says grabbing her face making her look at him in his eyes
