Shirt.

The first time I laid my eyes on that shirt I knew immediately I had to have it. No matter the price it would be mine. Pressing my finger tip onto the buy button displayed on the screen was able to give me more happiness than anything else in this world could.
Patiently, I waited. Sitting by my door everyday. waiting.
Waiting to see that UPS truck outside my window.
Days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months. I was having my doubts. Maybe I shouldn't had purchased it. Maybe I shouldn't have trusted my hard earned money into a shirt with no reviews or purchases.These thoughts didn't stop the hope I had deep inside. Hope that my shirt would eventually make it. And so with that, I continued to wait. My patience grew scarce. My hope began to drain away from my heart. Maybe it's not coming. Maybe it was just to good to be true. Maybe...I need to give up.

Until...

"You have a package here for you!" my mothers voice called out.
A package? I didn't order anything recently...unless.
I raced to the kitchen and looked upon the package with my name written on the front. Is it...no. It couldn't. It wouldn't! With this doubt filling my mind, I opened it.

His face. Starting back at me.
His yellow eyes.
His long hair.
His mask.
This isn't a dream. This was real. My shirt had come.
No day had made me happier than today. The day my shirt came.
Let this day be marked in the history book as the day Clown had gotten what it wanted most.
