As time went on August and I became friends I thought he was just a cocky stuck up nigga at first because he was so standoffish but in reality he just wasn't really a people person he was the type that stayed to himself which was a good thing because he was more of an observer. I remember 9th grade school year Christmas break I was walking home from school with my best friend Jordan and my cousin Harmonee when August his cousin Langston and his brother Travis decided to come mess with us " ima miss you wifey" August said wrapping his arm around my shoulder...wifey? I turned around to NeNe (Harmonee) and Jordan to tell them come on when Jordan screamed LiLi look out I turned around to August lifting me up in the air and slamming me in the snow landing on top of me. This fucker then had the nerve to smiling at me showing those perfect teeth then kissed me full on the lips and smiled at me again. I wanted to be mad at him but all I did was smile back showing every damn teeth in my mouth. "Come on nigga before we be late getting home you know we gotta pack soon as we get there" Travis said...August stood up pulling me up with him and whispered in my ear " I was ya first kiss and I'ma be ya first everything bele DAT" then he kissed me again before walking away leaving me there cheesing hella hard. When winter break was over I couldn't wait to see August even though I had started dating Trell August was all I ever thought about. As he was walking to the school building I ran to him jumping on him hugging him damn near knocking him over and making Trell and a few bitches who was crushing on him (Aug) hella jealous...owell pout it out. That day we decided to be best friends and nothing more all though it felt like more most times. On the last day of school Trell was walking me home and he decided to get a lil to hands on even though he was my boyfriend I was still a virgin, I planned on keeping it that way and he was doing to much "you gone let me take that tonight" um excuse you take what? " don't play dumb London you know what I'm talking about come on now I been waiting since fuckin December and its June now" and you gonna keep waiting like you been doing or move around cause I'm not ready " come on baby don't be like that" Trell go fuck on some other bitch like you been doing and stop hounding me I said no "come on London stop playing" he said pulling me towards the back of the apartment building we were walking pass...I said No...STOP...next thing I know I'm free and I see Trell laying on the ground August two pieced his ass literally I didn't know where the hell he came from until I seen Mel (Aug oldest brother who is like a brother to me) coming out of the apartment " lil folks you str8" Mel said helping Trell up and just as soon as he did that he punched him again sending Trell flying into the brick wall he bent down grabbed Trell by his collar and said "lil nigga i bet not never catch you around my lil sister again or its yo ass now get the fuck from round here" he looked back at me and said you str8 LiLi" yea...that was 5 and a half years ago and to this day I ain't have a serious relationship since lol I'm not complaining though Trell fool as deserved that ass whooping if it wasn't for Mel living in that building there's no telling what would've happened and besides that August run off any guy that comes my way they can't handle the fact that Aug been around he's gonna be around and he ain't going nowhere. As time went on Jordan and Lang started dating and so did Trav and Harmonee now I'm just patiently waiting on my Mr. Right , one whose tuff enough to stand the August challenge lol
