"we will give you all 30 minutes to talk and think about things I know a lot of you said you will stay but I want you all to think it over" gemma says as they all walk out of the office and go to harrys office

"I think so just want them to make sure" gemma says
"well what ever happens we can all help until you have the proper team" niall says
"well zayn will be here Monday so I need to get his office ready" gemma says
"lets wait for the team members come get us or the 30 minutes are up" harry says as they hear a knock at the door "come in"
"im sorry mr styles but accounting called they are ready to talk to you all" louis says
"thank you louis" gemma says as everyone stands up and walk out of the office
"louis can you come with us so you can take notes please" niall says
"yes sir" louis says as he gets his notebook and follows everyone as they get to the conference room as they all sit down
"we have been talking and all 4 of us are going to stay we know janet did things a certain way but some of the things she did we just didn't agree with but she was the supervisor but we want to see what gemma has in store" cindy says
"thank you to you all for the opportunity I want this department to grow and be successful and I don't want to loose any of you as part of this team" gemma says
"we promise we will do our best" someone else says
"well on that note we will you all to do what you need to do and I will be in janets office cleaning it out" gemma says
"we will bring you some boxes and I will get maintenance to bring you the shredding bin if you need it" niall says
"well that is all for me I will go back to my office if you need me call me" harry says as they leave the room and go back to his office as louis goes to his desk as louis phone starts to ring
"harry styles office can I help you" louis answers
"louis its janet can I talk to mr styles I forgot a few things from my desk that I wanted to get"
"umm hold on let me see if he is busy" louis says as he puts her on hold and knocks at harrys door
"come in" harry says
"mr styles janet is on the phone and wants to come get some things she forgot she sounds really nervous" louis says
"no tell her we are cleaning her desk and will ship anything that belongs to her" harry says as his phone rings "gemma"
"h I found everything we need" gemma says
"what what do you mean" harry says confused
"all the invoices in question she had copies in her desk and I found the file where she was creating these invoices it all goes back 5 years" gemma says
"you have to be fucken kidding me" harry yells out

"yeah just I cant believe we been careless" harry says

"I know but I should of kept a better eye on things" harry says
