CHARACTER BACKSTORY - Y/N

𝟯𝗥𝗗 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗩

Y/n was standing alone on top of a small hill
She was staring into the void, not a single thought crossed her mind

She looked around, and saw nothing but grass and roses, she didn't know where she was

She had been here for at least 100 years (and still had the mindset of a 2 year old), yet she still had no idea if there was any life out there other than her

She decided to finally leave, explore the world and try to find other living beings

So she started walking and walking, rain started to pour, she felt cold, but couldn't do anything about it

She thought she was bound to be alone forever
Until she heard soft sniffles coming from behind a tree

She walked over to the tree and saw a girl with brown hair that switched to violet on the end

Y/n put a hand on the girl's shoulder, this alerted her so she grabbed y/n's hand and flipped her over

Y/n stared as the girl held her to the floor

"Who are you?"

Y/n didn't utter a word.
The girl let go of y/n's wrists and sat beside her
Y/n sat up aswell

She looked at the girl and pointed at her
The girl stared at y/n

"Me?"

She asked
Y/n nodded

"You want to know my name?"

The girl asked again
Y/n stayed quiet and just stared, she could barely understand what the girl said

"I'm lua..."

She said
Y/n smiled

"Do you have a name?"

Y/n still didn't understand, so instead she tried guessing what the girl meant

She pointed at herself, tilting her head
Lua sweatdropped

"Your...name?"

She asked again
Y/n stared but seemed to understand what she meant this time

"Y/n"

Y/n said pointing to herself
Lua smiled

"Y/n..."

She muttered
Y/n stared at her

The rain seemed to calm down a bit

"How about...I uhh...teach you...to speak?"

Lua said, trying her best to make her sentences simple so y/n could understand
Y/n hummed

Lua laughed nervously

"Ok...uhm..."

She had no idea how to teach someone to talk
This wasn't going to be easy

𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗣 𝗔 𝗙𝗘𝗪 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 (𝗬/𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗔 𝗞𝗜𝗗)

Y/n picked up a flower and stared at it
She looked back at Lua who seemed to be a bit busy

Y/n did the only reasonable thing that came to mind

She stuffed it into her mouth and started eating it
Lua noticed this and panicked

"NO N/N DON'T EAT THAT"

She screamed, forcefully taking the flower out of y/n's mouth
Y/n stared at Lua

"Sorry..."

She muttered
Lua sighed

"No, it's fine"

She said, looking at y/n
She had just realised that y/n didn't look very different from how she looked years ago

"Hey, n/n, are you human?"

She asked
Y/n shook her head

"No"

She said
Lua hummed

"So that's why you don't age"

She said
Y/n nodded

"My mind age, my body no age"

She said
Lua nodded

"I can see that..."

𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗣 (𝗬/𝗡 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗪)

"Lua"

Y/n said
Lua looked at her, she looked old, way older than before

"Yes?"

She asked

"You know...I don't age but...you do...you're going to die soon"

Y/n said
Lua chuckled

"I guess that's a price humans have to pay, but I'm not complaining, if anything I'm proud of how much you've grown, you're a very good fighter, you trained yourself, I'm sure you'll be able to go on without me"

She said
Y/n sighed

"Yeah...but you're the only one I can actually trust...everyone else sees me as a monster...I hate them all..."

Y/n looked down
Lua closed her eyes

"I'm glad you can trust me but...I'm too tired to do anything...y'know...I'll just...sleep for a while..."

She said as she started snoring
Y/n giggled and put a blanket over Lua's body

"I'll miss you..."

She said, her smile fading
She then turned and left the room, knowing this was probably the last time she'd ever talk to Lua

𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗣 (𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗦𝗔𝗗-𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗢𝗡𝗘)

Y/n stood there, infront of Lua's body
She died

Not because she grew old
But because some greedy treasure hoarders wanted her money

Y/n sniffled
No words came out of her mouth

She looked at the treasure hoarders who were running away
She wouldn't let them do that...

She got up and ran after them
She trapped them in between some vines she created and squished them until they exploded

She protected herself from getting dirty with their blood with a flower shield

Unknownst to her, a certain god was watching from afar

"She seems fit to join the fatui, don't you think?"

She asked the man beside her, the 1st fatui harbinger
He nodded

The god chuckled

"Very well then, let's go talk to her..."
