Toshinori was put into Police custody and sent to Tartarus with no Chance of parole, For Iida since he helped a Villain escape he was Fully Kicked out of UA 

UA also found out Iida used his Fathers Lawyer to get back into Class 1-A so His Father punished him for Faking a Lawsuit on UA 

Right now we see everyone in the Common Area at the Dorms as we see 1-B also with them as they are all talking as we see Izuku with his Eyes closed talking
