The Time Flower

This flower allows Mario to throw small stop watches. As they come contact with say an enemy they change time around Mario. The stop watches have 4 variations that go in a cycle
These 4 being Freeze Speed up Slow down Reversal Rinse repeat. In that order But you must use them wisely becuase much like a Super Star they only last so long
1 freeze When Mario throws it everything around him freezes and if he's in a difficult castle level for instance he can just run by before everything unfreezes again
2 speed up When thrown Mario can run at super fast speeds allowing him to dodge things on the way
3 slow down Say there's a group of Thwomps coming down towards Mario. But as their falling Mario slows down time and just walks right past them with ease
4 reversal Say that Mario tried to jump over a gap but didn't make it in time and fell down a pit. But here's the catch, as he's falling he throws another stop watch and reverses time allowing him to fall back up the pit and try again
