It's that time again! Back with yet another chapter. Hope you all enjoy!
(Dil's POV)
The nextest time I wakeded up, Tommy and I were in the car along with Savannah and her mommy. I guesseded that we were going to our grandma and grandpa's house in that old country place. At least Tommy was still sleeping toos, he couldn't be a bad little baby baby keeping us from having fun if he was sleeping. Maybe it would be easier if he'd just disappereaded forever...
(Normal POV)
Making their way up to the cabin out in the woods, Stu drove while chatting with Ebony and Didi in the car trip up to the location. After what felt like forever to Dil, eventually the car finally rounded the wooded dirt road as they pulled up to the cabin. After parking, Stu, Didi, and Ebony all emerged from the car as Didi and Ebony helped the kids out of the car.
"Hello everyone!" Minka greeted, coming down the porch to give Didi a hug
"Mom, Dad, it's so nice to see you." Didi replied, giving her mother a hug
"And this must be Ebony, I've heard a bit about you from Didala." Minka greeted Ebony
"It's nice to meet you Mrs. Kropotkin, thanks again for allowing my daughter, Savannah, and I to come along. My husband would have liked to come along but our youngest daughter had a doctor's appointment this weekend that she couldn't miss." Ebony said with a soft smile
"Ah no worries, if you enjoy it you're free to join us next time we do this." Minka replied
"Oh, I hope so, it's a very relaxing experience to unwind from the city. The elements are usually not too harsh around this time of the year either." Didi sighed happily
"I'll take your word for it, Didi." Ebony chuckled as she placed Savannah on the ground next to Dil
"Alright, lets get those bags of yours inside, Boris is waiting with lunch and you know how he gets when he is hungry." Minka chuckled
With that, as Didi placed Tommy in the baby carrier on her back so she too could help, the adults all began carrying their luggage and bags inside to be stored away as Dil and Savannah stood outside the front door of the cabin.
"Did ya hear thats Dil? Your mommy said something about uh elephants being not so harsh. You don't think that elephants are gonna come and squisher us do you?" Savannah questioned
"That's not gonna happen..." Dil waved off his friends concern before a look of his own concern crossed his face. "But lets just goes inside for nows just in case." Dil suggested
"Yeah lets gos." Savannah nodded in response.
Both toddlers made their way into the cabin as they spotted Didi settled on the couch with Tommy as she fed him a bottle.
"Oh yeah, how is it now that you're the biggerer brother? Is it like what you wishded fors?" Savannah asked
"No! It's even worserer now acause Tommy's a baby baby. Now he keeps taking all my stuffs and breaking them and chewing on them. He even breakded my favoritest Goober toy! I wish...I wish he'd just disappear forever then I wouldn't have to worries about him ruining my fun no mores." Dil huffed angrily, shooting a glare at his "younger" brother
"You don't means that do you really Dil, I mean Tommy's your onlyliest brother whether he's biggerer or smallerer than yous..." Savannah frowned.
"Yes I dos!" Dil crossed his arms, "Actually no, I has a betterer idea. We can takes him out into the forest and gives him to the elephants that ways he goes away, we can has fun again, and we don't get squishered." Dil continued, suggesting his way to be rid of Tommy
"I don't thinks that'd be a good idea though, Dil..." Savannah muttered
"Kids! It's time for your lunch too." Didi called out to Dil and Savannah
Forgetting their conversation briefly, both made their way over to the adults as they each got to have some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch. Meanwhile Minka was cleaning up the leftover dishes from what was made for the adults' lunch as she noticed the darkening clouds forming above the trees.
"Hmm we might be stuck in for the night, looks like it might rain this evening." Minka said
"Well, we better start collecting some wood before it gets soaking wet then huh?" Boris said, wiping off his mouth with a napkin
"I'll give you a hand, Boris." Stu said, getting up from the table
"Great, anything to get it done faster." Boris nodded at Stu's assistance.
"Here mom, let Ebony and I help with the dishes." Didi said as she and Ebony proceeded to help out Minka
With that Boris and Stu went out back to start collecting some wood for the fire, hoping to outbeat the rain. Meanwhile, as they ate their lunch, Dil remembered that elephants liked peanut butter.
"You knows, we could just put peanut butter on Tommy, they likes that so they'll likes him and takes him away." Dil stated, eating the last of his sandwich
"I mean...yeah that would probably work.." Savannah replied, still hesitant about the idea of Dil getting rid of Tommy as a whole
"Great! You gets the peanut butter, and I'll gets Tommy." Dil said, standing up
Savannah nodded, getting up from her spot as well as she quietly snuck over to the table where the jar of peanut butter lay. Climbing up in the chair, she grabbed the jar, as she then climbed down once again making her way over by the front door to meet up with Dil. On Dil's end, he had picked up Tommy to the best of his ability as he began walking backwards, dragging Tommy over to the front door. Tommy, oblivious to what was happening, squealed and giggled happily as his brother dragged him away from his pillow. Dil was finally going to get rid of Tommy, once and for all!
Will Dil finally be able to get rid of his "younger" brother? Find out next time!
